  1. I assume you pass then as N holding [hv=s=skqjxxxhxxdkqjxcx]133|100|[/hv]
  2. well for me it would have been more specific than a qbid it would specifically have shown a singleton ♣ and 4+ ♥. Oh and welcome to the 21st century :D
  3. I am inclined to pass as we might have a good ♥ fit but have no problem with those using X to tell partner this is our probable best spot
  4. I bid 6♦ as I have 4 useful cards partner has no right to expect
  5. Assuming you were -346 I think your actions were reasonable.
  6. I hate 3♦ unless it was forcing. But yes I bite the bullet and bid 6
  7. 2NT-3H 20-21;I have 5+♠ 4C-4H I have a 6 card♣ suit; I have 4+ ♥ 5C-5H I want to play ♣; I have 5+♥ 5H- I prefer ♠ :)
  8. 5♦; You have 11 tricks in 6♦, 3♥, & 2♣. Partner is a favorite to have only 2♠ as 2362 and 2263 combined should be more probable than 3262. Perhaps my view is colored by my expectation after 2NT that he has no outside K or A so I do not expect Jxx Qx JT9xxx Qx or similar.
  9. Why wouldn't you? You don't need a high percentage of success to warrant it.
  10. no you are an anonymous BBO expert without a country :)
  11. Just curious, do you always make immediate limit raises when holding only three card support? yep I treat it like it is a 5 card suit overcall as well ;)
  12. I choose to go down quickly by ducking the ♦lead in dummy. The alternative requires the ♣ finesse and 43 clubs as well as no 62 ♥ to get 3♦ discards unless I am too foggy to see straight.
  13. Well the choices I see least likely to get you into trouble [i know, I know ...you are already in trouble] are pass, 1♠, 3♣ with 1♠ or pass getting my highest marks :)
  14. I treat 1♠ like an opening call and make a limit raise which for me would be 3♠
  15. better to use a constructive raise. The quacks are soft values and you are subject to losing 4 tricks unless partner has xtras to compensate.
  16. Partner should know that 2♠ was just competitive. Raising is invitational and given your hand an easy accept.
  17. Oh yes!!! We definitely don't want partner inputting his judgement so let us bid his hand for him :)
  18. I prefer to lurk in the shadows for now! PASS
  19. Depends on colors if we are favorable I assume partner holds[hv=s=skxxxxxxhdqxxxcxx]133|100|[/hv] and settle for 6 :)
  20. This is not a constructive raise this is a 3 card support limit raise.
  21. Well 5♣ looks like the straight forward control showing bid that indicates you have a spade control problem [since you bypassed it]
