  1. BBO toma el idioma del navegador. Usa este enlance para especificar el idioma: https://www.bridgebase.com/v3/?lang=es
  2. The servers managing v3 connections were overloaded. We added more servers, and upgrade the existing ones.
  3. Once I overheard "I knew it was 6-6 from experienced declarer at a nearby table, to her sister, a newbie player. Boards duplicated across the room, 7 board rounds. So, in the last board of the round, had to call the TD, and reshuffle the board.
  4. There is no incentive for NBOs to give BBO access to their database if they run no games on BBO (and it is probably in breach of privacy laws).
  5. Your assumption is wrong. Daylong tournaments start and end at midnight America/Chicago time (US Central X Time, X=Standard/Daylight) depending of the time of the year.
  6. I think the seeding was based on the results of the Swiss portion of the event.
  7. Bermuda left the Zone 2, joined Zone 5, Central America and Caribbean. However, Bermuda is still Unit 198, in the District 2 of the ACBL.
  8. Perhaps add a speaker symbol next to a talking player.

  10. This worked for me: Click in the script area. The title of the area becomes blue and smaller. There is a cursor. Then I can paste.
  11. 2NT if available. 3NT over 3♣, go bonkers over others.
  12. It is in Account (tab in right panel), under "Deal archive"
  13. Swiss tournaments do exactlt that (match pairs based on their score). Survivor tournaments are swiss, so they do it too. Other tournaments have fixed movements, NS stay, EW go one table up (wrapped in a section, so if they are in the last table in the section they go to the first table in the section instead, several tables down, then one up again in the next round). Unclocked tournaments match pairs based on when did they finish their previous round. Don't know about the matchup in individual tourneys.
  14. "dealer north" worked for me. However the vulnerable and dealer lines are ignored, and determined by the board number, Suggest you to drop them.
  15. tricks() works there. Had to add "action" on its own line before frequency. That generates just the frequency though, no hans are shown.
  16. strain is a suit name or notrump(s) But this function is currently not supported by us in our current setup.
  17. The Windows version used the same 2 steps arrangement.
  18. In v3, after Account -> Convention Cards: You have a "New ACBL CC" button, a list of stock CCs, and a list of personal CCs. Each personal CC has a partner assigned to it. You can create a new CC, or clck on any CC to edit it, and change your partner's name (and then save it) to effectively create a new CC, which can be viewed and edited by both you and your partner. The Flash version and the HTML5 version will load the CC automatically when either of you sit across the other. You may need to clear this CC when your partner is replaced by someone who has no CC defined with you. in the HTML5 version, should be an option in the hamburger button.
  19. The is a CC tab in the Account section. Once you're there, it is similar to the Flash version (except no FD cards).
  20. Flash version can be used. Soon, though, major browsers are schedule to start discontinuing Flash support. When that happens, the Flash version won't be usable.
  21. In Polish Club, after 1♣ (X), pass shows 0-7 and 4+♣, else as if opp had passed, so 1♦ show any 0-7, 8-11 w/o 4-card major unwilling to bid 1NT, or some big balanced hand [enough to go to slam opposite the 18+ hands included in 1♣)
  22. Usually not alertable, but assuming it would be, the explanation would be: "(range), (balanced), MAY have 4♠" and you would alert no matter how many ♠ were in your hand.
  23. The html5 version just needs 443/80 and websockets. The 1935 port you mention is for the voice solution in the Flash client, so it is not applicable.
  24. 2-way NMF and 2-way Checkback Stayman are the names I heard
