  1. Molybdenum Forcing Pass System: S ---- N P --- 1♣ (opening hand, 0-bad 12) 1♥ --- 1♠ (15-18, specifically not GF with 4+ spades) 1NT --- 2♣ (balanced, 5-4 in blacks with at least a few points) 3♠ --- 4♠ (super-accept of spades, signoff)
  2. Molybdenum Forcing Pass System: S ---- N P --- 1♣ (opening, not yet GF) 1♥ --- 2♣ (15-18 any, specifically not GF but could be invitational with clubs) 2♥ --- 2NT (4+ hearts, invite with balanced hand) 3♦ --- 3♥ (5-5 in red suits or 5-4 with accepting invite, 3 hearts) 4♥ --- P (signoff) My system is weird... -_- Oh, didn't notice that east will bid one spade. Then S ---- N P --- 1♣ (1♠) (explained above) dbl (2♠)--- 3♣ (4+ hearts, 4+ clubs/ 8+ points) 3♦ --- 3♥ (5-4 in red suits or better and usually 13+, 3 hearts and 8-9 points) 4♥ --- P (signoff)
  3. Molybdenum Forcing Pass System: S ____ N P --- 1♣ (opening hand --- forced) 1♠ --- 1NT (19-21 points --- GF opposite 19-21 points) 2♦ --- 2♠ (nat --- nat) 3♥ --- 3♠ (5♦4♥ --- 5♠) 3NT --- P (signoff)
  4. Molybdenum Forcing Pass system S ____ N P --- 1♣ (opening - nothing to say) 1♥ --- 1♠ (15-18 anything, 4 spades and not game forcing) 1NT --- 2NT (balanced, invite) 3NT --- P (accepted invite)
  5. Molybdenum pass system: P - 1♣ (1♥) (opening, forced bid, overcall) 3♠ - 4♠ (South has 4 losers in spades and north has no heart stopper so they are pretty much forced to bid like this after the overcall)
  6. Molybdenum pass system: P - 1♠ (Opening hand, GF response) 2♦ - 3NT (natural, 4-3-3-3 hand) 4NT - 6NT (invite, accept) edit: the south hand passes to show an opening hand
  7. Molybdenum pass system: N......S 1♣!!!-1NT (0-10 with 4 clubs, 15+) 2♣- 2NT (0-3, 20-21 balanced) P
  8. If we are allowed to also use forcing pass systems, then.. Molybdenum: 1H- 1NT (0-9 balanced or 0-10 unbalanced, 15+) 2H- 3NT (7-9/10, signoff)
  9. 1♠ - 1nt (forcing) 2♣/♠ - 2nt Like this?
  10. I always do that against opponents that psyche sometimes. :D
  11. SAYC except the following are game forcing: 1♠-->2♣ 1♠-->2♦ 1♠-->2♥ 1♥-->2♣ 1♥-->2♦ 1♦-->2♣ Partner had:
  12. If I made the hand ♠Q ♥ A109x ♦ A9xxx ♣AJ10 you would bid then? :)
  13. [hv=pc=n&s=sqhkjt9dkj984ckqt&d=n&v=0&b=1&a=pp1dp1sp1np2hp]133|200[/hv] Pass, right?
  14. IMPs still. [hv=pc=n&s=sakqj976ha987da7c&d=w&v=b&b=4&a=1hp1n(forcing)]133|200[/hv] If you pass or double, LHO bids 2 clubs, RHO bids 3 clubs If you bid 2 spades, LHO bids 3 clubs and RHO passes. (their agreement that this shows less than undisturbed 3c, not mine) Otherwise the opponents stay silent.
  15. Still IMPs. [hv=pc=n&s=sk7h3dat754cj7652&d=s&v=e&b=3&a=pp1d1s1np2c2h]133|200[/hv] 1NT is shaky at best, but, eh.
  16. Just SAYC 2/1 you recommend 5♥ as exclusion but not 5♦?
  17. [hv=pc=n&s=sakj965hdt6ckq852&d=e&v=n&b=2&a=p1sp2cp3cp3np]133|200[/hv] imps
  18. I'll start with 2♣ but I'm tempted by 3NT. not sure what I'd do next...
  19. Board one: [hv=pc=n&s=sqhkjt9dkj984ckqt&d=n&v=0&b=1&a=pp1dp1sp]133|200[/hv] edit: imps
  20. nothing outside, probably not more than 6-8 points either
  21. I would draw trumps (assuming not 5-0, then contract is impossible) then cash three top hearts and the king of diamonds. Most likely RHO is something like 1-2-2-8 or 1-3-1-8 or 2-2-1-8. If he follows to 4 or 5 major suit cards then I finesse the diamonds but if he follows to only three I might play for the drop. Even if diamonds break 4-0, I can discard two hearts on the two minor suit aces if LHO has the diamonds. He should have at least 8 clubs because LHO did not raise.
  22. [hv=pc=n&s=saqh8763da73ca932&d=s&v=b&b=7&a=1n(12-14)p4h(weak%20natural)4s]133|200[/hv] Double, 5♥, neither? IMPs against a decent team (about your skill level) 4 Hearts promises a weak hand with 7 hearts or 6 good ones (2 of top three)
