Q1] pass Q2] when you have a misfit and 0 game chances (well very low) it is best to stop at once. Q3] not used to playing WJS not in competition so I assume this is not a 2NT hand as I would think that would be at least game invitational. Another reason to pass is the weak hand's suit usually provides more tricks than your long suit will.
