Q3] not used to playing WJS not in competition so I assume this is not a 2NT hand as I would think that would be at least game invitational. Another reason to pass is the weak hand's suit usually provides more tricks than your long suit will.

You can type in just one place if you want. There are 2 empty spaces at the bottom of the screen that you can use to specify the recipient and content of a chat message. There is a "Chat" button to the right of these spaces that you can use to send the chat message. That's not what I meant! I meant if there is a handball an assumption of scoring without the hand block is given. The referee only has to decide if it was a handball block.
