Thanks for reporting. It will be investigated for fix/improvement of sequence as 2NT is also buggy call showing invite for 3NT based on huge amount of points - the impossible 24HCP.

In next version ( v30 ), such 3rd level cuebidding would be mixed raise ( 8-9 ). Now it duplicates opening cuebid which is same 10+.

Was it tourney hand or it's window loaned robot table game? I ask because recent GIB ( at least two version ago ) would open 2♥ in 1st seat and not pass. And also 5♣ comes as bid by North after 4♠. Anyway it will be investigated.

Actually here GIB bids 2♥ without simulation. GIB plays here new suit constructive, but not truly forcing, could be passes without extras by partner. 5+ cards and supposedly 9-11TP. But for particular hand, probably due vulnerability GIB found 2♥ as not reasonable in 30% of cases and passes like here.

First rebid 2♣ would be natural, later it probably looks like waiting bid. 1♦ - p - 1♥ - Double 2♣ -> Opener two rebid -- 4+ ♣; 4+ ♦; 3- ♥; 11+ HCP; 12-18 total points GIB ignores at this moment 4+ 4+ promises in ambiguous situation where it could be one suiter only. It will take in account certain 4+ cases like: 1♦ - 1♥ - Double - ? here it wont bid 1♠ as natural as responder already emphasizes over this. ( it's explained as spades if human decides to bid so, but GIB will rather not ). Also when there is unusual NT and opponent promises 5+ in some suit this suit is always prevented from natural meaning by anyone of opener+responder pair. In upper diagram why would you like to compete once it's more likely to be true that Doubler has 4+♠ and 4+♣. Over 1NT if Doubler had one suiter hand it would proceed. Passing leans to initial case.

It shouldn't happen in cases you bid two-suits hand ( i.e. minors ) and partner picks one as negative choice. Bidding game is signoff. However particular hand would be better as subject for discussion, but it might be snapped when there is doubled opening and later (cue)bidding and stop in some contract with silent partner at the whole time. That excludes some clear situations like: 1♠ - Double - 2♠ - Pass Pass - 4♥ GIB would never intend to penalize partner, always to improve score. Unfortunately sometime pair visions differ :).

Currently 4♠ claims it has 16+TP and strong rebiddable. Although it allows to be 15+TP here to do so. Or otherwise if ♣Q becomes A or KJ. It will be addressed for review.

Fixed in v30. It will show 5+ 4+. Also fixed "forgotten major length" in 1♣ - 1M 2♦ - 3♣/♦ where 4+ major disappeared in explanation.

Fixed in next version. Won't show more promised points. Same as regular 4NT blackwood followed by 5NT case. So here: 5♣ would show : Query kings. Have all keycards. Does not promise extras -- 25+ total points 6NT would show : -- 23-27 HCP; 25+ total points

2♦ looks mysterious for opps too. Imagine EW have switched cards and ♣Kxx is on lead. By showing such distribution in dummy would hint leader too. Not always you will find KJ1098 or AJ109x on lead. And exposing opener's hand where you don't have slam idea and 4-3 max fit in majors would help more likely defense then declarer. Even if partner stops the singleton minor with KQx what makes 3NT safer then 5minor or 4-3 major contract? At the moment 2M over 2♦ is invitational Smolen showing 5-4 in majors, so cannot be used for secondary Stayman for re-distributional inquiry.

The only one weak spot here is if 4NT asking person has 0 key cards and there is 5C reply. Bidding 5M would be raised to 6M without 2 key cards, but supposedly it won't happen in careful bidding and more likely no reason to ask with zero key cards.

Thanks for reporting. West overestimated balanced bid fixed for v29. East for that case just bid normally. So East call wouldn't be reflected.

Maybe 2NT or 3NT depend on trust in partner's points? Hoping West doesn't have 6 spades (KQJxxx ) with ♦A. Double shows length in spades for the moment. Probably weak spot, but it's written as it. Or maybe some new suit like 3♣ With hand like: ♠x ♥KQx ♦KJxxx ♣Kxxx GIB won't raise 4♣, but will bid 3♠ so 3NT could still be reached. With weak hand with 4 cards in hearts will bid 3♥, with stronger 4♥.

Thanks for reporting. These situations will have some general fix in next v29 - once partner ( no matter which one ) passed partial game, GIB will not be able to find 3NT. Once two passes are followed. In one of previous updates was added something similar for 4M game if GIB has used limited raise and it was followed by two passes.
