How did pd know you got 0~1 ♦? Opps seems have a 9+ card fit, pard bid 3NT should have 3, only 1 left for me. Ok, it's true that someone always bid over/beneath to normal, i.e., 2D with 5 cards D suit only, and maybe his pard raised with 2 support (so pard would have 5 D!), or to the other end, opps could have 10 card fit but only bid 3. Whatever, it's very possible pard has a clear vision. So I assume he knows. Someone may set up trap against me, but it does not happen too often:) .

3H and pass. As pard known I had 0~1 D, 4H, 4+C, should pard had more interests playing spade game than 3NT, he probably would have bid 3S/4S.

I would accept this, but only with the restriction, that your partnership agreement is, to open 5-6 always with the longest suit. If you open those hands with the shorter one, in case you are to weak to reverse, bidding the higher suit, cant be natural anymore.
