I am "partially" agree with you. First this interrogative system is more deeply than difficult to memorized and not because Culbertson said it presenting his work but because there is the possibility to compact the vary answeres. This (particolar) bidding is an informative contre for minor suits (against spades) usually recorring at four level (4 ♠ by an opp, 4NT=X). But in this bidding there is a double jumping against 1♠ that should mean N-S don't fill 4♠ but E-W gain for a game in diamonds or clubs. (Is it not that lacking of information has made pass by West ?).

I have seen something similar reading the book of Culbertson and explanation about the "New Asking Bid" and i wonder that about this strong system for knowing controlls and shape don't read/talk around yet only for referring. Infact, that could be the problem either if one has an high reputation or too much post (or both). It being possible visualize multiply reputation when > of 2 (Rep. given by X, Y) an (my idea) to solve could be this: in profile we have Reputation with a number than if cliking over this field it could open a window pop-up that visualize the list of nicknames..?

If you want to know it must find any your post that has (near Multiquote) a number different 0, usually because upvote (+) in green field and If you click over it will appear a window pop-up after ..loading.. indicating ..Reputation given by [nickname]..In this way you can know who has attribuited a reputation to you, bye.

I don't think is it impossible to know. For instance we have 0 or 3 keys that allows to esclude any case from NT bidder to read for Aces. Secondary, if you apply my method that reveales void ..5 ♦=? Queen, 5 NT= yes (heart) Queen plus an indeterminate void ... ( see RKCB 3014 in "Find my content" in Lovera's profile ).

About this point i have tried to bid 4NT also without Aces (in an hand i have only Kings -perhaps three if i remember just) and two times i stopped bidding in a lower level to see when cards are on that was possibile a slam. Is it a question of probabilty if your (ambiguos) GIB partner had just the minimum pointing against major probabilty that had more points and than the keycards you need to set a slam. I suggest to try bidding slam on hypothesis of 3 keys. Probably once this you found will be not but you don't discourage and repet this process again stoppin' (for a reflection pause) only if negative cases become significative, bye.

Infact this scheme is an hybrid double squeeze ending : the twin entry is fragile for these two motives -orientation of unilaterals and winners in double menace suit and here in case of attack of these ones you have avalaible RFL yet.

Probably West pourpose is to create the problem you are talking about: there are for (double) squeeze two possible endings and hearts comunicating are the solution: the first is known how twin entry double squeeze type simultaneous or automatic with diamonds controlled by opps and required just reading for position of the unilaterals, the second that you realized managing hearts like have you said is known how RFL having also comunicant in club controlled by West, bye.

For the first ,honestly, i am agree with you: there is a void in club that GIB (i think) considers, then however doesn't bid RKCB ? For the second post again there is a longness in spade and there cards in hearts, but now we have a 5-4-2-2 and with only an Ace two losers can be not covered (then Gib could be justified). I suggest, if you were on declaration, to procede with RKCB lacking(=with necessary attemption) Aces too that probably has your GIB partner can stop,eventually in negative case,bidding at five level (i have personally experimented this one), bye.
