  1. Double, might miss a♥ but I have little extra's and if pd decides to pass, we will have nice score. GBB <_<
  2. I play it as forcing. 3♦ set up an almost GF auction, dbl showed a good hand but followed by 3♦ we now have really really good hand. I could have bid 3♠ after 3♣, to show good hand with nice ♣ support. If pd would have bid 4♠, I know he is supporting on 3 card suit showing values and willingness to play in 4♠ if I had 4♠. GBB <_<
  3. Mostly 70's and 80's. Mostly Rock or harder. Best of em all. Deep Purple, The house of Blue Light.... ;) GBB <_<
  4. 3♥ most of the time, pass some of the others. Never ever 1♥. Pd might actually think you have something. You might as well cross away the ♣K and your ♠Qx ain't looking all that hot either. Even though Zar says to open this 1, I will still refuse. GBB <_<
  5. 3♠ Not crazy about ♣Qx, but have to try. My pd's tend to go even with minimal hand, if they have 2 good cards. GBB <_<
  6. I open 1♦, I don't really care for 2 suited minors to open 2♣. Unless 6-5 or better and with extra Q in one of the minors. After the opening, you have big misfit, but you can't blame South for trying, especially after the 3NT reply. So, I would blame North 99% and the dealer 1% for dealing such hands <_< GBB ;)
  7. I would open the hand 1♦, so I don't have a rebidproblem. Most of my pd's play the same way, so we know that it is possible that the 5-4 is the other way around. GBB <_<
  8. Playing the Q is fairly std play, imo. GBB <_<
  9. I duck at trick one, playing West for 0-4-4-5 hand. There is a reason for not leading a ♠. Now I play ♦K. Either they duck or win, let's say they duck, I keep playing on ♦. I am counting, 3♣, 3♥, 2♦ and 1♠. It is some form of repeating throwin of West. GBB <_<
  10. 1NT, to many J's in my hand, it looks like NT hand so that's what I bid. GBB <_<
  11. I would pass, most of the time. I have great shape, but my Q's and J's are not really what I need. But then again with A's and K's I would have opened. So Like I said I am not sure, it is to close to call and depends on situation and state of the match etc. But 1 thing I will know for sure, I am never going to be 100% one way or the other on this type of hand. GBB ;)
  12. I pass. But previous post said something very good about using runouts here. I will have to take closer look at this. GBB ;)
  13. I bid 3♥ with North hand, but I would also double with South hand. I am very short in their suit and have 3 suited TO, a very light one, but I have to protect my pd, and myself sometimes. GBB :)
  14. 2N, balanced 15-17, roughly, and stopper. Gotta like that concept to make the bid that shows your hand. GBB
  15. I bid 4NT, with North hand, pd should have full values for his double. He is forcing me to 4 level. It seems all my points are working and we are 5-4 in minors, so let him pick his longest. GBB :)
  16. If pd opens I bid 2NT, but I think there is a pass missing. In PO seat I bid 1NT 11-15HCP. That's what I have. GBB
  17. 1) Teach yr pd to look at CC before the game. 2) Don't think so, I would double or bid something to show this type of hand. 3) See 2 4) Yes, it is for some, but I bid agressive. GBB
  18. I bid 2♥, NF. I want to compete, pd is likely to have something and doesn't look like he has penaltypass, since I am holding 3♦. And I don't want to double since that would show stronger hand. And what if pd passes, I really don't have any tricks. GBB
  19. Luck is part of the game. And general rule that I use is that if nobody else bid it, it probably wasn't a good bid. GBB
  20. Dbl, but not feeling all so happy about it. GBB
  21. I would have bid 3♣ after 2♥, now I will bid 5♣ after 3♦. GBB :P
  22. I agree with Justin, I don't see 2NT with South hand. Hand is intermediate. GBB :P
  23. Looks like a blacksuitsqueeze on all leads. GBB ;)
  24. Any which way, on trumplead a blacksuitsqueeze against West. GBB ;)
