After oponents open 1NT 2C shows C & a major, I understand this. If partner after 2C bids 2D is he showing D or is he asking for your M ? My reasoning says that 2H should be asking for M and 2D says I heard you partner but I have D HELP thank you

In our local club we have a player whose has been playing BRIDGE locally for 45+ yrs . He has not been an ACBL member for the past 20 yrs. He had maybe 3000 pts as of the year 2000. When the game is stratified most often he and his partner are placed in B altho they might have 7000+ pts between them I am estimating the player in ? has at least 5000++ pts if they wloud be all counted . The player in ? plays daily [no tournaments] Is this correct???? Thank you

When dummy came I called the director pointing out that S opened 1 NT with only 1 club witch was not A or K E/W can make 3NT South is a former director before COVID entered the picture [stated he didn't know that rule. which I do not believe he didn't know] What should the ruling be for the illegal bid???? Today at local club we had 13 prs and played a 7 table mitchel with E/W sitting out 4 BD's Not nice if you are E/W. Is there not a better movement.??? Director told me that with 15 prs we could have had a bump pair. I thought There should be something better. Thank you

I am playing a 3 ♦ contract. On trick 2 I lead a small diamond to the dummy and LHO wins with small diamond and RHO plays a small spade. 2 tricks later I play ace diamonds from my hand and RHO now plays his Jack of diamonds. LHO plays small diamond. The Jack of diamonds would have won earlier trick. Jack was a singleton. 1 trick penalty or 2 trick penalty? Thank you

Tues at face to face bridge 1 pair could not play 6 of the boards because 1 of the partners became ill and had to go home. The BD'S were scored as ave 3 for E/W and 3 for N/S There were 7 rounds and this effected the scores in two of the rounds. This lowered our score since we were above 50%. I don,t agree with this. Believe we should have received A+ or our average score not 50% on the BD's Am I correct?
