  1. Will be polished in v34. And maybe extended with one card to shape as still 3 3 4 is unlikely to be emphasized twice once opponents showed nearly 30TP. Or maybe adding some meaning of 4NT here once opponents reached 4M before Doubler to get chance to bid something else instead. Now 4NT shows same shape as initial TOX and 13+TP
  2. Included for polishing in v34. It has holes with that 5m4M shapes which are described as 6-11TP where the 11 could be also 11HCP with bad values in shortness.
  3. Cuebidding in the own major here shows just length and some suggestion to play. Will be addressed whether supporting opened minor should refuse interest in spades and showing 4+ cards in the minor and 4M cards only.
  4. Thanks. That's fixed in v33. The fixed in next posts will be included in v34. v33 is ready and supposedly coming in next several days.
  5. Positive pass cannot have 5+ cards suit, so it's 4441/4432/4333 shape any. Otherwise it would bid it naturally instead. Unfortunately double could have any shape ( at the moment ).
  6. Fixed in next version. Book bid is pass here, but GIB tried to preempt a little more. In next version won't be able to be as distinct from what promised as fit.
  7. Thanks for reporting. It's fixed in next v33. GIB really does play Lebensohl. So 3♥ was of course a bug. GIB really has issues but let hope the straight highway you drive on while using GIB is taller and wider with every new version and curves are not that many along the road :)
  8. Although it can't be alerted, but for GIB 2♣ - 4M/5m - ? -> Pass is positive hand 8+TP -> Double is 0-7 TP.
  9. All openings or direct ( not in 4th seat ) overcalls ( including 2♣ - 2♦ - 2NT ) are requiring for Balanced shape ( 5332/4432/4333 ). Once it's NT rebid it allows semi-Balanced or that's 6322 + the others above. 1♥ - 1♠ - 2NT could also be 6322, but it's one HCP less than minors openings 17-19 vs 18-19.
  10. Fixed 3♣ call for next version not to mislead about lengths ( i.e. using with just one of them ). However will be addressed about possibility to be general GF and partner to differentiate his strength over such forcing.
  11. GIB had in pocket 3NT with stoppers. Fixed in next version not to avoid it once we have values for game and stopper, and supposedly we don't have clear fit to play in this suit.
  12. Thanks for reporting. Fixed so 2NT won't be misinterpreted as stopper in unknown suit like here. It was unfortunately crossed sequence. So now GIB would pass having 2 cards fit and nothing to fight for.
  13. Fixed in next version. 3NT here would show -> Balanced minimum, no minor control. -- 2-3 ♣; 2-3 ♦; 3+ ♥; 5+ ♠; 11+ HCP; no ♣AK; no ♦AK; 12-15 total points
  14. Thanks for reporting. It's fixed in next version. For the moment it unclear how 7♣/NT could be caught with available GIB's stuff, but at least won't stop before 6 like mistakenly invited here.
  15. Next version has an aid in this direction to double with sufficient values. ( after overcalls over preempts)
  16. Fixed in next v33 to show the stopper in unbid major. So 2NT would be -> -- 3-5 ♣; 2-3 ♦; 2-3 ♥; 2-3 ♠; 12-14 HCP; stop in ♥ Will be addressed if responder's 2M should be certain stopper or Qxx,Kx,Jxxx+ as good enough.
  17. Thanks for reporting. It's improved in next version v33. Maybe it was mentioned in previous posts. The tweak is , i.e. like here, once opponents claimed GF or at least INV+ values, points won't be not that dramatically high from the silent hand which just competes. Here 5♥ would show just 3+ fit, therefore North won't be tempted to consider any continuation. Of course it doesn't mean requirement for GIB to bid 5♥ is only fit, but that is the only thing to be displayed as info for this call.
  18. Thanks for reporting. I think it's improved now as shows 6-10TP once you close the game.
  19. Thanks for reporting. It's fixed and it shows 7-12TP.
  20. GIB currently cannot open 2NT with 6th minor. I don't think i am capable for giving bridge advises, but my opinion for my style when i play with GIB would be if i were North i would have opened 1♣. My thinking would be if my partner passes i doubt i would make any game at all. With little help in spades i would be able to make for sure 3NT. With little help in clubs i would have 60%+ slam. If he bids diamonds, i would be tempted to place 3+ ♣ as his majors are 0-3 cards in most of the cases. So the information i would/might get with 1♣ i think is the most. If he bids xNT would be clubs help as well.
  21. It's addressed for improvement as currently continuation in major increases only length and not so much strength, and bidding minor shows stopper. Maybe it was Main Bridge Robot, as tourney robot finds the 3♣ call almost always. Anyway, will be polished about meanings and followups.
  22. Nothing yet, pending for a meaning of XX. Previous fix was about East's double which was buggy.
  23. Strange how this slipped out the cup, but it's fixed in next version. 3♠ would show -> -- twice rebiddable ♠; 17+ total points Therefore, East wouldn't have problem to raise to 4♠
  24. It shows this due bug current version is having. It wasn't like that in previous version. However it's fixed for next and Double shows -> -- 3+ ♥; 10+ HCP; biddable ♦; 10- total points In theory is possible to have that hand. 1M - Double - ? Redouble -> excludes the possibility of having fit. Or at least you/GIB should have huge hand which doesn't fit nowhere else. 2NT -> is 3+ but 11+TP 3M -> weak raise 2M -> 6-10TP, 3+ fit So with hand like: ♠Kxx ♥Kxx ♦KJxx ♣xxx you would have 10HCP, 10TP and same bidding ( probably about bidding ).
