computer generated hands geared towards crazy auctions. games/slams making both ways, voids and 8 card suits, 6-0 trump splits, all the worst parts of the bible.

when you are finished filling out your card, press the save button and it will prompt you asking where to save it to your hard drive. you can do this multiple times and save each as a new file name. then to load whichever one you're using click the open button and you will be prompted again - choose the file you saved previously and the c/c will load.

if i'm reading the OP correctly, he has marked this person as an enemy. live messages are blocked, but it sounds like enemies are still able to send offline messages. if that is true, i can certainly understand the frustration as it makes blocking enemy chat somewhat pointless.

this is a wonderful approach - one that i also follow and wish more people would.

i know this is probably terrible to admit, but in honesty i cannot say that i have ever opened an opps' convention card on bbo - not once. i did take the time to fill one out once for my regular partnership and remember disliking the interface very much. what i (personally) would like to see implemented is the ability to save lists of commonly used alerts and the ability to choose them from a combo box (drop down list) when alerting one of my bids. different sets of alerts for different systems.

i'm bidding 1NT. if we end up in a NT contract, i certainly want it played from my hand.

perhaps fred could implement some type of code that reverses the colouring of the text so that it is white on black, or some other highlighting background i use it for bidding only

probably too much lol 11-15hcp - any 4-card major holding - good minor - two suited in majors as above - also handles 13-15 hcp balanced when non vuln (our 1nt rotates to 8-10) easily reduced if you give up the rotating NT and don't reserver 2♣/♦ for transfer acol opens.

we've been putting both our 5/4 and 5/5 major hands in the nebulous 1♣ opening. an unusual rebid of 2♥ outs the 5/5 and a direct bid of either major after a major denial by responder shows the 5/4. i guess this depends on your response structure to the neb. 1♣ though. we respond directly only with 5card majors, using 1♦ response for all 4-card major holdings and bust hands.
