i agree that pass is a litter better than 2nt,but i notice this is the case that the fouth opp is less than 3 points.so 3NT is a comfortable contract when we have 25 HCPs total,,even only 24PS total,especially opposite the another possibility that partner maybe have 4cards ♥&6cards ♠ with 16 hcps.

4NT asking for NO. of the Aces. the natural 4nt is n't practical.

I tend to support T/O,the reason is: 1\the ♠void partner has a 5cards suit,and you have likely opposite 4cards.it means the penalty needs 2-3Ace. 2\many times,3♠ raiser has 2card ♠ only,with 1 honor. 3\ follwing (2♠)-p-(3♠)-x, it need 11HCPs+,assume (2♠)-p-(3♠)-p-(p)-x is penalty,we hardly have a game when i can't overcall 2nt.How many HCPS be need when we play on 4level without ♠ waste point in this case?21+,y?it's very frequent since opps is under 20HCPs usually. eager to learn why use penalty double farther more.

pass is tensive,3nt is too truculent. down 4 is 1100 ,better than 6♣ 1370 since it's more safety & more frequency.

i would pass since the leading is from my hand, i see it's possibility to makt 2♥ up,but we will lost more if i escape.my partner's hand is 20HCPs and good control on major.

i agree that pass is better than 2nt when "xxx" are all small (<9)card, i would bid 2nt if ♣ is J9xx.

SO HARD！ i prefer 2♠ rebid gain the plus score at the first ,to me ,to partner,to my team.

1♥ is the worst bidding for his poor strength on ♥ & whole;1NT better than 1♥ since we can not ignore the 1♠ competition;but 2♣ is the best chioce because it remains the right position for a likely game contract player.

why to bid after 1♦ competition?
