Be sure you defrag(optimize) your computer on a regular basis. I rarely have connection problems but can happen of course - especially if they have Vugraph on. I think I have some problems if computer hasn't been shut down for more than a week. Looks like computers need to be rebooted from time to time.

I think you know why it has been stopped. As I see matters then opening a public club from where all kind of suckings with no time limits is the easy solution. That club will be able to be used exactly as Main Club for those who have nothing better to do in the time they need to wait. Such proposal will also be positive as it will then be evident completely to stop all kind of sucking away from Main Club tables.

What we know is Orange Club was the system used by Bob Hamman and Bobby Wolf. Orange Club is a predecessor for the present championsystem Hamway Club. We only know that Orange Club is a competitive version of Blue Club modified for using Flannery convention. A bit confusion about 2♦ or 2♥ version. I doubt ACBL source stating both used can be correct.

Very difficult to use Lavinthal playing high/low signals. Looks like that is your problem. Playing the italian standard signals odd=encourage, even=discourage I think your problems are solved simply by discouraging the suit you don't want. If that is 10 you dont want that suit but some other high suit, in this case spades. Playing instead 2 you call for clubs. Else the easy solution is to discourage a suit dummy don't dont have(or known declarer don't holds) - then obvious you call the remaining one.

I am not exactly sure how it works but I remember I once had chinese signs installed and then they were displayed on BBO too. I once asked Fred and he informed it is enabled. I think you need to be sure you keyboard is set for that. Not only you have the option for it for that they are enabled. When you install the language packages you have an option to switch between languages. You can only have one language package enabled at a time. It is your keyboard setting which is deciding for what to be displayed.

You might not have the flexibility of enforcing your table rules via the software, but you will be able to tell opps and partner about them. You can even boot them if they are not willing to obey (there is a button for that...). The CCs you can't enforce because most people don't have one and it's much too cumbersome for 99% of the BBO population to enter their own CC into Full Disclosure. Others cannot load FD card from that folder if I copy my content to them. I cannot reach folders with other persons ID unless I use joker-signs which I don't know the syntax for in Windows XP. Those files earlier copied to a persons individual folder(mine:csdenmark) when used are not the updated ones but might be outdated. Fred I am sure you know bridgeFILES is offering many of the championsystems ready to use. The intensions are to enable all interested in taking advantage from the masters trying to walk their footsteps themselves. In that respect your new FD has been very helpful and many systems have already been converted to that new great format. My problem is that a new structure with 2 new card folders are difficult for me to handle. The one with individual names I cannot reach and the one I can reach don't load the files. I understand quite well why you have created that structure but regarding to automatic updates it is not well working. In old DOS I think I was able to reach all folders using this syntax: ??????~1. That seems no longer to work under Windows XP. As I need to copy updates to the old convcards-folder your good solutions don't work here. Instead software works illogical. It works so that you need to load from the folder you cannot see. In folder you can see only resides files potential outdated which ought to be deleted. I hope very much for your help Fred! I am very tired of that too. Those people contacting me with such I inform their ID looks hostile to me and I reject further contacts. Of course same for all those who think it is more fun to switch their nationality than providing solid basic personal information. I think BBO ought to set up a bold policy about basic personal information and then display that on ID from the database. Also remove the default from download info with 'Private' so that people much too easy get to the silly conclusion that such kind of info is private. - They simply don't understand why I reject access for them to my table. Many don't know that much english that they have any chance to understand the information about that I give them.
