it is editable in "notepad" but each line has a format. You can either search here (the forums) for the format which were posted by some generous person or if you cant find it I can search my comuter to find the data.

the obvious answer is if you use it you score more IMPS/MPs/total points. of course it is possible to find a system that scores better in IMPS than MP than total points

The full disclosure CC file has a pretty specific format (you'd think how complex can a text file be :) ) which has to be followed or the CC will be unusable. Information on the format was posted on the forums in the last 12 to 18 months if you want to look for it. I haven't build a CC successfully using the flash client.

you have to use the old version, i.e. downloadable, and enter the CC and find the file on your computer and then select "USE" you should get a reply to the effect of your new CC was received. In the java version your CC will use the name that is in your CC's file

Slam it!!! reasonable calls are 4NT and 6♦. Given a UI situation imo "Pass" would not be an LA

Imagine you were playing better minor and you might understand why I hate XX with this hand so much but I can certainly sympathise with those who have no other call to show a hand this good. My only alternative is "<Justin Lall partner> eggs in one basket" :)

I suggest you use, if you don't already, Namyats and gambling 3NT so your partner can distinguish between between your 4M and 5m calls and your M & m rebids

what is your normal bidding structure after 1♦X? I think most, pretend partner has bid 1♥ and then makes what would be an appropriate call if that in fact had happened with 1♥ reserved for hands that cannot bid 1NT, 2♣, or other appropriate call, basically a min opening with 3♥ and less than 4♠

Not sure where we are in the forest but I was assuming the opps needed 40% chance or greater to make 4♥ consequently the difference from 100% is 60%(the probability you need to break even defending that contract). IMO your chances of breaking a 4♥ contract are significantly less than that, so thinking about a sacrifice is warranted. So now you attempt to determine the numerical cost of taking it. A -2 result in an Xed contract should be acceptable vs a 50% V game.

Just do the math! If declarer needs to succeed only 40% of the time to bid 4M then you need to beat him 60% of the time to break even. Given your cards I don't think 60% is very probable; so time to think sacrifice now do the math on the sacrifice side and see where the balance lies.

Meckwill IMP tactics DNA at BAM and I suspect normal expectation is 9 tricks in a major so I will call 3♠ as I might be playing a 43 fit instead of a 44 one.
