yeah you have to worry about missing 3NT, but you have to help the opponents miss 4♥ or 4♠ as much as possible while not lying to your partner.

I dont think the number ♥ is as important as the overall texture/strength of your hand and how you think it will mesh with partner's hand

assuming the colors are us NV then pass is pretty much the %age call since this is BBF and I can choose my bidding system to match the hands I open a weird 15-17 1NT (which in reality normally has its own problems)

hmmm guess I am too old fashioned; for me pass used to show a min opening hand w/5+♥ and I didnt realize I was obligated to bid any second suit with 4+ cards
