As previously (many times) stated, I am not a "Trump supporter". I am a common-sense supporter. I could go on, but I won't. But you seem to have a grasp on "pursuit of happiness"; most of the others only seem interested in "pursuit of power". It doesn't really bother me; I've not only pursued happiness; I've caught it. If only you has TD authority then obviously only you can set the format, other options, etc. But when you click Create Tournament and that window opens you will see on the right Directors. Only you (criptik) will be shown as a Director. But if you click the + sign at the top you can add as many directors as you like.

It's not possible. BBO can scramble the password of a rude player so that they can't log in again with the same username but all that player does is create a new username and continue his obnoxious behavior. Try playing in WP Refugees. Most players there are congenial.
