Fred, Agree that e-mail accounts are free and a person can create as many as he can but first of all I am sure not everyone is aware of the ten minute e-mail providers. So, if they try to create a new e-mail address they would try to create it on websites like gmail, yahoo etc. Now, this takes some effort because you are required to fill lots of forms etc. So, while its true that e-mail is free, people don't like to fill lengthy forms. So, if a member is banned from BBO and he is required to create a new e-mail id everytime to re-register, he will tend to behave in the future. A better and popular way of identifying people on the internet these days seem to be taking their phone number and texting them a code on registration. Only when you enter this code on the site, can you be registered. I don't think sending text to people from various countries would be that difficult. I am sure there must be services on the Internet that do so. But again this is not ideal. People like you won't be able to register :lol:

My first thought was 4H but on some more thought i figured this looks like a 16 trump hand. Assuming that, if we make 4H, they rate to go down 3. And if we make 9 tricks, let them be 2 down. So, i want to let them play in 3DX

If someone told you LHO has the King and not King singleton, what will you do?

I was South. Actually, i didn't sort my hand properly and what i saw was this AQJTxx xx QJx Ax. :P When the bidding came back to me, i had sorted my hand and it suddenly reevaluated to a very good hand, but it didn't feel right to move now for the reasons mikeh mentioned. Also, was playing a club game where I was sure nobody would bid 6. Even if i had the hand sorted out, I am not sure if i would have bid 4♠. Hence this post. I looks like a stretch to me but what do i know! Thanks for responses. Next time i will bid 4♠

Ok, assuming you bid 4♥ now, it continues 1♦ - (1♥) - 1♠ - (4♣) 4♥ - (5♣) - ? Is this a forcing pass situation for partner? What would a pass by him show? What would a double and what would bidding 5S show? Irrespective of whether he passes or doubles, advancer bids 5♥. If partner bids 5♠, advancer passes. What do you bid next? Will give the complete hand later.
