  1. 3N, wtp? Maybe one big card is missing?
  2. Slam was very possible if pd has the right cards. But I was shut up by his 4H. I have to pass now. If we miss slam, too bad (blame it to partner :) ).
  3. Except Brd 1, I want to be in slam with boards 2 and 3. If every slam you reach has to stand the worst lead (or best for opps), then you will miss a lot slams. As for board #1, it not only requires a good lead, but also DK on side (or lead from DK, or DKx and declarer guess right). I agree that would not be a good slam. I enjoy the discuss as well. ;) ;)
  4. I remember I voted 4C for two hands only. So I checked my message in my sent folder, and found I voted for 4D. :) :D
  5. 3♠ ostensibly showed a suit, but it could simply be showing a stopper. Double of 3♠ suggested a spade lead. dble of 3S shows only stopper? then what if opps Re-dbl? To me, this dbl over 3S is clearly penalty, and thus, dbl of 3N asks for S lead.
  6. To bid 1NT with 3 small H is not my type, and I will play with this kind of partner either. with the actual holding, 3C would be my choice.
  7. Bypass 3NT to bid a LONG minor suit MUST be game forcing, UNLESS partners have confirmed no stoppers in opp's suit. Even if pd 2D is not game forcing, (s)he didn't deny a diamond stopper yet, at least. To voluntarily by-pass 3NT at this position being not game forcing doesn't make sense to me.
  8. IMO, 4m as run-out after pd opens 2NT doesn't make sense to me. with a long minor, respond should leave 2N or try 5m. After 2NT opening, 4m must be gf.
  9. small to D, textbook line.
  10. I agree with luis, too. I don't think we need too detailed BBO system.
  11. 4C, to set trump and show slam interest (bypass 3N).
  12. The first dbl is a little light, imo. The second dbl is OK.
