  1. yes, they are included, robots appear as "GiB" in whatever seat they appear.
  2. Right, I am taking care of that now, so send directly to me better.
  3. Checking pings is currently done, red dots show critical condition (yellow triangles and green squares (or the other way around) were short lived)
  4. First round of bidding seems best to me, if you make any action, hands belongs to you, even if you leave it in middle.
  5. Depends on tourney settings, it may be possible.
  6. I support scoob's idea, starting with 10 min, then 15 min after a few reincidencies, then 20 min, etc. It allows the emergency leaving without punish, as it should be, and the perps would be affected. BTW, dummy should be included, if you bid it, watch your partner play it. Time to leave would be before your first bid on a given hand. 10 min is small enough to not be a big problem, but big enough to make leaving pointless I think. Oh, people under this ban would be uneligible to play tourneys, even if registered.
  7. The Laws of Duplicate Contract Bridge, no need to buy them, at least for now ;-)
  8. make yourself invisible AND make the table invisible. Players will see the table if a seat has their name.
  9. <BBO Hat off, spoking by myself> Free tourneys are currently able to have rules in contradiction with Laws of Bridge. Pay tourneys should not be allowed to have such rules. This rule of this thread is a perfect example. They may forbid methods for looking for/showing a singleton after a NT bid, though. Requires TD working in investigation. Couldn't ban bids but regulate methods. <BBO hat on>
  10. A snowball surviving in hell is more probable than Brazil out of the WC, and I guess that's the reason Liverpool were allowed to play. $$$ Hopefully this will never happen on bridge.
  11. Just speculating here, have no inside info. To be decided I guess. That's a possibility, but more probably there will be a limited list of channels on specific topics. With some, Vugraph for sure, with just a few people allowed to talk.
  12. It's a bug. Go to Options (cog/gear/wheel in bottom bar) then click on "Restore defaults".
  13. It's a bug. To fix, go to Options, click on "Restore defaults", or on "Names" if you have a customized color scheme.
  14. with a minimum number of participants ( 2^#rounds comes to mind, but seems too much; something related to that, maybe square root?), proper Swiss should be doable from start to end.
  15. No, you won 0.68 BBO Masterpoints, not BB$. For your winnings, see BBO Points. THose are related to the card symbol in the profiles, see BBO Points Awards.
  16. Yes. And last step to access bbo server was failing, fixed now. Fees will be refunded. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  17. The profile of the person who invites you appear, just in a different format.
  18. We have a network issue at our provider, working to solve it ASAP.
  19. <BBO hat off> An 'union' could be harmful without a published, objective way to qualify TDs. Scheduling tourneys should be kept far, far, far away of the business of said 'union'. Like the TD qualifying program, though B) <BBO hat on> Claimer side, when claim is refused, don't see the cards. Non claimer side does. Anyway, that's why you should fill the statement field when claiming (if you don't do it, and there is an alternative losing line (see the rules, could be careless but not irrational, sadly it depends on (TD appreciation of) player level, so it is subjetive), TD may(should) rule for the non claimer side).
  20. you can review/adjust boards after play is over, if the tourney is still listed.
  21. Agree, would be nice to have procedural penalties available.
