  1. The only check is: there must be between 0 and 8 Xs in a suit, all at the end. 10s (Ts also accepted) are optional, but I guess they can't (now) be substituted with an X in a full hand/suit. Should that be allowed?
  2. Actually, that's local to server, US Central Time.
  3. Give Lebanon a 0 in the match AND a noticeable, non symbolic VP fine for failing to show up. Guess there are VP fines for delay to give line up, delay to show up, etc. Define a number to be applied in forfeits, and apply it. For Israel: Like Wayne's way. Max (18, average) is fine, too. If that means uncertainty about Israel final score is fine, as long as it is defined before the chsmpionship starts.
  4. Nothing needed here (behind 2 NATing routers, Wireless then PC acting as router) Said that, it connects to port 64738 (by default), router should allow traffic back on connections you opened to the outside. If also hears on a varying UDP port, not sure why but works fine without it.
  5. I'd guess volume at low at commentator's end. May be very wrong though. Note this is not (yet?) an official service.
  6. Nice write up, aprosenf. sorry I didn't see that before (Linux here, no Mac; wine occasional hangs here while running BBO, you can just reconnect).
  7. Black tourneys button in the bottom right. You'll see a list of tourneys, can register without leaving the table.
  8. There is an open bug for Flash Incorrect unicode input in linux. As it says there, I can see Unicode but only from cut & paste, not from keyboard.
  9. I _think_ BBOFlash does not use symbol.ttf (I know I don't have it around except for Wine).
  10. Barry: the msttcorefonts package is in the contrib section (http://packages.debian.org/msttcorefonts' target='_blank'>. cabextract is in a package of its own, in main. "apt-get install cabextract" will be enough. Karl: Looks like an unicode issue (UTF-8 char trying to be displayed as a non UTF-8 char).
  11. Barry: Check for the package msttcorefonts (or similar). What distribution, what flash version?
  12. Some things from the interview: MTL had the impression in Shanghai the players thiht their team was invincible, and didn't like that. So she started to think some changes were needed. Bocchi-Duboin decided to split, she asked them to play one last time. Sementa was in, she didn't even considered asking Lauria-Versace to step down. Fantunes will be back. She has great expectations for this team.
  13. No, +++ doesn't make able to talk to entire room, that's managed separately.
  14. Editing the first post, but yes, I think you need an admin.
  15. For .deb based distros (including Ubuntu): package is named msttcorefonts. For .rpm based distros, check http://corefonts.sourceforge.net' target='_blank'>, there are instructions to create a package. Or just dpwnload the fonts, from the same page. The issue is the license for them doesn't allow redistribution so a package with the fonts would violate it. The Debian package actually downloads the fonts at installation time.
  16. There was a database replication issue, already fixed. Jilly, your list should show wiped now. Please confirm.
  17. But failible. Just took 22 attempts (16/6) to win in varsity, flash hung on me starting pro.
  18. Try this .deb, install with sudo dpkg -i filename flashplugin_nonfree_deb
  19. OT. Both Linux and Mac people can useBBOWin via under Wine/CrossOver or virtualization.
  20. I'd say so, here vanilla xfce works fine (Debian lenny, or perhaps sid)
  21. You mean the Indiana Pi Bill.
