WJ2000 1♦ is usually 5+, except 4 in any 4441 or with exactly 5♣ 11-14. WJ2005 1♦ is 4+. People here(*) uses 2♣ natural, 2♦ majors often. (*) Currently in Poland.

GIB on tourneys are running on BBO servers. These all run at the same speed. It is certainly far from the fastest available.

Flash has a bug with keyboard input. So Unicode characters can't be entered with keyboard. Copy/Paste is fine though (but annoying). Reading has been no issue (bah, I'm able to see Chinese chars correctly, can't read them).

EeePC 1000 HA here, Flash version because I got used to it, occasionally Windows version. Better using browser in full screen mode, and it is ok, albeit small. @matmat: 1024x600

BBO uses a persistent connection in a secondary port (9999 for Windows, 3336 for Flash). You have to be able to see ports in the BBO servers. If you are behind a firewall you'll need to poke it. Typo: those = to see.

Josh, I disagree, in this context (vugraph running, either delayed or not) and until bid/play data gathering becomes automatic, vugraph operator is a must. And, if organizers agree to vugraph, that well could put the operator as a member a the tourney organization.
