according to the fed inflation is around 2 per cent. but that is not the point. we are told that there are better robot systems available ( like jack) and that our rystem is unfixable. so what are the players goinig to get from the new fees. i play the robts a lot and i can afford the fees but it is discouraging to see rate hike after rate hike and nothiing given back to the players.

i really woundnt miind the new fees if players were getting something for them. why not a new robot system with fewer bidding shafus , fewer playing snafus etc. i wouldnt even mind paying more. as it is the advanced robots are a joke!!! and the hands seem to be deliberly set to have bad splits so that reasonable bid games dont make . waiting to hear thomas c

just curious. what would u have lead at trick 6. it is obvious the bot is void in clubs. a diamond gives a ruff sluff. as it turns out this is best but i dont think its so easy to see.

actually leading the 2 of diamonds causes the bot to ruff. i checked others and sure enough he ruffs when the 2 is led. i dont like this but i can live with it

while i agree the a of spades was not best, if the bot ruffs the third diamond he has to lose 2 more tricks a of spades and k of hs

https://tinyurl.com/wlgh4hj this from a team match. first time with this partner. he is very good though. my thinking was to bid 3c and is i got a club raise i could keycard for clubs and bid either 6 or 7. when he continued with hs i decided to bid 7 anyhow if we had all key cards. not a good grand bur partner played the only way i think he could make it and did. luck

i think msjennifer is right. im going to try and wean myself from the bots. i like playing them but they seem to get worse and worse. ( or maybe i am). speedballs are better

you know pesky tom it is difficult to be nice to someone who always seems to make negative posts. maybe it makes you feel better. i think my post was clear. if you didnt understand it that is your problem. perhaps you would not bid 4 on that hand and believe me any expert player would. and NO expert player would bid rkc on the bot hand in that sequence. NEVER

https://tinyurl.com/qpfe2ws it has been my experience that the bots freely raise to game on hands like this so i did. then my bot partner bid rkc. i decided to lie and bid 5h (forgetting it coud be 2 or 5). of course my bot partner bid 6 and then with the bad split im down 2. my qestion is does he bid 6 regardless of 2 or 5? most human partners wont bid rkc with this hand btw.

part of the 2nt alert sahs 16 plus points. game in a suit goes down on a heart ruff which should be pretty obvious even to a bot. the point to me is there simply cant be a better hand to bid 3nt.
