The problem is not many ppl have this luxury. Most of us just sit down and play a few. Even you discussed it, sth new will come out and you find it has not been discussed before. I personally dont like 6D. If pd is looking for 7H, Why not bid 5N? 6D is really testing pd. Why bother with it? Yeah this was my toughts too, opps have bid 1-4-5 ♠ voulnrable and they have very few pts. btw opps are self assigned world class players. dont know them but they were good players .

Traditionally, Fourth suit forcing is a bid by the responder of the only unbid suit at his second turn is a waiting move and promises nothing about the suit itself. I have no doubt 4♣ on this auctin is forcing, but as a watiing move and seeking more information? No way. This is clearly not a "fourth suit forcing" situation. And if u have time and are up to it can u please check how many times i open 1 nt on a 14 count hand? my p say i do it so often we should state our nt to be 14-17. and is my 14 count nt openings sucsessfull? I play strong nt and i never raise whit a 3 card supp unless i have a singelton/void or the 3 card "looks like 4 cards" like AKQ or AKJ KQJ and never whit a 6 cards minor kenneth

Since May 4, you ahve only gone for -1400 and -800 once each.. everything else is less. and the -1400 was a 7D save over a vulnerable 6S... not much of a savings, but there you go.... Ben how do u know that? And ben can u please make ur pint in shorter posts? i find ur post interessting but they are sooooo long that i dont read them anymore. and its sad becouse you have some good points one in a while :rolleyes: so my prayer for u is pls ceep it short, it seem like they are getting loonger every day:)) kenneth
