Hehe I just found this tread when i searched for fantunes on google. The answer to ops questions is: Fantunes bidding system is nothing spesial, they're success is in the leads. Smith on steroids, Slawinsky leads whit Horizontal&vertical placements, unbeatable.....

Can you tell me why you play the 9 and not the J? On the table LHO had 10x and RHO had Q87x, i played a !H to the 9 when LHO played small to, and won 9 tricks But I'm wondering if thats the best % play?

Cheating Allegations

i think mr Ace got the quote from from Jeff wrong. I think Jeff word was "its obviously true that you CANT fool all the people all the time" not can, and i don't think he laughed of the conclusion that some players drew after the A ♣ Lead. -
yes the answer was very reasonable, but not so informative imo What I'm asking is why would you choose to play the 9 or the J? and can anyone tell me what the best calculated line is? what line gives most +EV in the long run? Sorry if i sounded like it was a bad answer, it wasn't, but i only got 1, and hoped for a few more opinions. Cheers

I posted this in the advanced forum, but i guess that was the wrong place, since the only answer i got was not a very informative one. Here is my question. You open a 15-17 1NT whit this hand: ♠ KO6 ♥AK654 ♦94 ♣K103 all pass en dummy comes: ♠AJ92 ♥ J9 ♦ Q1085 ♣ 975 LHO leads a small ♠ and you use the K from the hand. How do you play the♥suit? If you play a small ♥ to dummys J9 and LHO plays small in tempo, do you play the J or the 9? whats the best odds? thanks

It was acctually a lot worse then this, the dummy had J109 and Ron covers whit Q8xx Anyway, if you look at the videos NOTE: Boye told us that they always insisted on sitting NS, this suggest that they could do something whit the tray, or see the p better, under the scorners then you do EW. Every time they are in a defense situasjon, the player who's not going to lead never takes the tray of the table, Also the pushing and placement of the trey suggest that they somehow signal leads. This are really smart guys, not the average expert player but whit really high IQs, Lohan is even regarded as a word-class player, Ron not so good player but a really smart guy. So there way of cheating is going to be VERY sophisticated IMO, like really subtle hints here and there, when they are on defence they would signal more often then if they declare. Also they would switch up the meatiest, maybe every month, every tournament or even every session, so it could be really tricky to find 100% proof. In my mind the sheer number of strange leads that strike gold is way to high for it not to be suspicious, even if its goes wrong from time to time, the times its successful are far more often, i mean how can a pair thats suppose to be a top 10 peir in the world make so many non expert leads plays and still come out ahead? If anyone still things nothing fishy is up whit this guys, i really feel sorry for you, i agree a lot of the hands sown are not compelling at all, but the videos are pretty damming to me, not to mention there past history of cheating in Israel. Cheers -
Cheating Allegations

Those were just 2 examples using electronic devises, i can give you a dusin more, not to mention all the other ways possible for experts players to relay UI, like pilling the sweater, elbows, objekts on the table (like the water bottles), and a dusin more i can think of just on the top of my head. And if they mix this up between sessions we would be in trouble finding definite proof, but so much weard plays/leads/bids are just not possible if you are a top ranking pair, winning every major tournament. Anyone that says this is not fishy need to get there heads out of the sand IMO. Cheers -
Cheating Allegations

Yeah thats was a fun puzzle....think you have to play double-dummy? :P -
No my p dint play the ace of spades from dummy, he played a small spade and ruffed instead of using the ace of spade whitch he had left in his hand. Opps had no harts exsept the ace so they could not ruff (they also had spades so both opps followed suit.
-
No ur reading it wrong. My p played spades from the dummy and ruffed insted of using the ace of spades ( my p would always win this trick) hi then played hart to the opps ace and claimed. So we did NOT get a trick that was opps, just a mistake of using trump instead of the ace. Anyone know what the rules are on this? Tanks for all replyes;)

Hi. Have a question about revoke : me an my partner bid 4h and she played the first 8 tricks and had only harts and ace of spade left on her hand, left opp had 2d 2sand a club, right opp had 2s2c and the ace of harts. My p now played spades from dummy and insted of using the ace she trumph the trick and played a hart to rho's ace and then claimed. Rho call the turnament dir and he gave us a 3???? Card penalty. Is this correct? She could never loos any other tricks then the ace of trumfh nomatter how she played. Can someone pls give me a link or somthink so i can see whats correct penalty in this case? Thanks my friends. Regards helium;) Ps if someone can answer in dutch i would love it;)

OK here is what happend:))) Board 1: I ducked the lead, and the jack won the trick, i got a club shift and the rest was easy when the spades were 3-3 or dimond ace whit 4 spades. Board 2: I PASSED:)))) My p is an agressiv player and i know if he have singel or void in harts he wont pass 2 harts x after a good raise from me no matter what he have:)) So i hoped he had the right cards and i got really lucky:)) this was all hands: [hv=n=sk109xhxxdaxcaxxxx&w=saxxhkqj10dqxcjxxx&e=sxxxhxxdjxxxckqxx&s=sqjxha9876dk1098xc]399|300|Lead: King of harts[/hv] I took the lead of ♥King whit the ace and played 3 times ♦agaist dummy, west ruffed whith ♥10 and took hes 2 hart tricks before he tryed a small ♠, i won whit the queen and played more spade to west ace, now my spades was good and along whit the ace of club both dimonds got lost in dummy, 9 tricks and all the points to us:))) Board 3: I bid 3 SPADES:)) Now i removed west penalty dbl, opps ended in 6 clubs and p lead a small spade to my ruff:))))p later scored his club king for 1 down and a huge gain, when our team-mates passed 2 spades dbl on the other table for +1100.:P) all hands: [hv=n=sk109xhxxdaxcaxxxx&w=saxxhkqj10dqxcjxxx&e=sxxxhxxdjxxxckqxx&s=sqjxha9876dk1098xc]399|300|Lead: King of harts[/hv]
