I don't agree. It depends on....if the team Netherlands will get a really "good day", then they are able to beat these Brazilians for sure. If they show only the avarage performence, this will be not enough. I see the chance for both by 50:50

Maybe, but it would have no sense to change anything at the finish of the contest. The entire scoring system is surely not the optimal solution, but I had no idea for better one, which would be transparent and easy to follow.
