I think everyone should invest in at least one set of really quality sheets. You spend so much of your life in your bed, it seems like a no-brainer for something to drop a little extra cash on. The same applies for a comfortable mattress.

I, apparently, never learned responses to T/O doubles correctly. This seems like an obvious 2♠, whereas 3♠ I learned as long spades and a weak hand. I've never even heard of 3M showing a "strong invite," but that doesnt mean it doesn't exist, I suppose.

The answer seems to be no. The snarky answer is most likely because no one has put in the time to make one yet. The answer you're probably looking for is "there is no good reason." Edit: There were a couple bbo fanpages with few members. Nothing official from what I can see.

Call me old-fashioned, but this is really good advice imo. Playing 1NT openers as balanced with a well-defined, narrow point range is winning bridge.
