I would tend to agree with this actually. Though I don't have a good enough idea of your system to know whether this is actually viable. Maybe you could try it and see how it goes?

From my experiences as a TD on BBO, I have had very few cases of MI, and I do allow Polish Club in my tourneys. From my impression, Polish players are about average when it comes to not alerting bids, so I think it would be unfair to say that they don't alert their bids properly. I find the usage of "little buggers" in the first quote contradictory to the second quote, but either way it seems to me you should probably quit directing. I can't agree more with this. I believe this was brought up in some other Polish Club thread, but think about it, how would you describe a SAYC 1C? 1) 12-14 balanced, 2) 12-21 with clubs 3) 18-19 balanced?

Yeah, and it's ridiculous to have these different events called matchpoints and imps in bridge, and different championships for those. What a joke! To make it worse you have teams, pairs and to make it even worse you have mixed pairs, mixed teams, open pairs, open teams etc.... Somebody could easily win 8 medals by playing bridge!

Far too often have I been the victim of giving declarer a trick by leading my own suit, and I have been on the other side of it many times as well. Edit: You have my sympathies.
