If partner has something like ♥Kx and an ace or ♥AQ I coutn only 11 tricks for declarer if he doesnt pick up the ♠Q, thus I can afford to try another lead

I also would have cuebid 4♥ rather than bid 3NT. It looks like partner, not knowing about our very well fitting hand, was trying for slam, as evidenced by his 3h...4c sequence. Since I have now taken two diamond preferences I will bid 5NT and let him pick which slam we play in.

I would think non binary attitude leads would work very, very badly...

Doubling to ask for the lead of dummy's first bid suit doesn't apply when it makes no sense looking at your hand. Do you really think pard has ♥AQ and out? (I don't) Even if he does, the contract might not make even without the lead.

I'd lead a club. Partner is probably doubling on an AK somewhere, two aces, or a KQ and an Ace. I dont need to lead hearts in any of these cases, and I probably dont need to lead diamonds either. Without the double I'd probably have to decide whether the auction + my heart holding merited trying to find partner with the sK and a stick, but now I think I have a clear club lead since that is where pard could have a KQ

The former is a try for grand. The latter is not.

I'd bid 5♥ followed by 6♠. I certainly wouldn't force a grand that could easily have no play.

I believe the standard is to lead 3rd best from 6. I dont think this is true vs NT

High club, gotta get the possible trump promotion and who knows whats going on in the red suits.

I'd still open 1NT, though it's clearly a minimum.

I don't think so, put it on your to do list. I still find forcing to slam unbelievable. I also find forcing to slam very strange opposite a balance...
