  1. I play uncontested those : 1M>2M (8-10 3 cards raise) 3M ( bid game if you're maximum) As i cannot open 1N with a 5 cards M suit i have to play : 1M>2M 2N(15-17 bal.) But i think i noticed some interesting thing when i play GIB abt that. Will try to find where i noted.

Is there a chance to play everyday hands instead of highly distributional traps or i am supposed not to buy BBO$ anymore ? I hire GIB monthly, the hands and bidding there quite normal.
  3. I marked "it is not good, who cares" and most probably it would remain single vote. BBF rife with cynics who hangs around and pretends to be helpful. Another thing that gets noone anywhere; why i am not surprised to see a usual crowd engaged in useless and profitless activities. Maybe Bridge Clubs are their only fun, oh I should not expect Tennis or Golf Club members could be there. Try expensive instead of cheap fun!
  4. We've a cute dogzilla here. I know she loves to play the good girl for some extra food. But no big deal we're OK as she's loyal. Before i moved to USA suffered a lot from neighbor's feeding street cats hobby.

Probably there would be some minority rant and rave about how come 5♣ played by W. Whatever, playing a natural or modified even an artificial system variant would you like comment how to achieve the best capacity ? Thanks Best Hamdi ps. Source ETC Ostende RR 16 #12. Mon, Jun 28, 2010. I was one of the scheduled regular VG commentator right that moment.

  11. If you need to score two tricks without losing the lead , you must of course lead the queen for a finesse. But this method of play will produce three tricks only when the suit breaks 3-3, no matter who has the king. For the best chance of three tricks, lead low to the ace and then back towards your hand. If your jack wins the 2nd trick, cross to dummy in another suit and lead again towards your queen. This line of play brings in three tricks whenever East has the king, when West has the singleton king, and when suit breaks 3-3.
  12. [hv=n=sa74&w=s&e=s&s=sqj63]399|300|[/hv] What is the best chance of three tricks ?
  13. Thanks God, finally I got that guy's problem abt my posts :) Anyways seriously glad for your best recovery. Hopefully there is no corneal ulcer symptoms. Perhaps some exercises for your eyes may still needed, however no worries. Just a process. Avoid not to force yourself resulting getting tired much. Best of luck, enjoy. Agreed, life is good B)
  14. It all depends action and reaction. The matter is trying to untie a knot or just cut it. One day there could be a serious need to examine with scientific methods how anger has influenced thoughts, feelings, and attitudes, then wasted valuable time of online bridge game. When that day comes I guess online seminars issued by professionals about anger management group treatment plan might work well. I believe many people in need of learning to analyze, how to identify an anger episode. Any form of online ban could not serve psychological first aid for stress disorders.
  15. Quantitative but w/o agreement RKC diamonds
  16. I asked ACBL_17 to sub me and he did. I saw "You have been replaced, and are no longer playing in this tournament/team game". When I logged back i saw "Welcome back. The director will return you to your seat shortly. Please wait." Then I found myself at the table again tho i was subbed. TD : "are you leaving or not" Me : "i leave" TD : "you left and came right back" TD : "so you were reseated" :o
  17. Hi, 1-Friend list OK but enemy list on windows version not auto carried to my V36 account. 2-When you change picture your friend should log in again to see new one, perhaps page refresh issue. 3- I wonder as a regular Vugraph commentator would be able to use V36 or not. Thanks, best

  19. The trap to avoid on this hand is to not win the ♠A in your hand, but rather, win the K on the dummy and play a diamond to the 9 (if RHO plays low, otherwise, play the J on the 10 and the Ace on an honour. Assuming RHO plays low, LHO will win and lead something back, if it is a spade, and the 10 does not get covered, you are still safe if spades are 4-3, as they appear to be from the OL. Continue with your diamonds by leading the A, and if they were 3-3, or there was honour ten doubleton on your right, you are at home.
  20. IMPs, both vul, dealer E North holds ♠K10 ♥10873 ♦94 ♣KQ1098 P-1♦-1♥-? How do you bid in your system?
  21. At 1st sight cl 8 then hook seemed well on IMPs, but on MPs say allowed by lefty could be sp 4 to 7. However I prefer to play cl AK (10-8 at hand), in case 2nd round somebody pitched then will switch to sp7 does not matter IMPs or MPs. 5 cards cl outside, then 6% singleton, 27 % doubleton, 41 % trebleton. I forgot 4-1 and 5-0 probabilities of an honour card being. Either one should be maximum 25 %, maybe less than that. When opps hold 5 card clubs probabilities are 3-2 68 %, 4-1 28 %, 5-0 4% . Now hearts position: 7 cards outside, then 4-3 62%, 5-2 30.5 %, 6-1 7 %, 7-0 0.5 % Singleton honour 1 %, doubleton 9%, trebleton 27 %. Allright, those in turn enables people a general rule for finessing : 2 cards play for the drop 3 or 4 cards Finesse against the King but not against the queen or knave 5 or 6 cards Finesse against the King or queen but not against the knave 7 cards Finesse against the king, queen or knave. ps. No worries, imo maybe a bit more card play&defense; even deceptive card play problems needed on BBF.
