I play in those free tournaments where most of the players are b/i and I can say imo that Micheals Cuebid will not be standard. I can say that even take out double if you see it on some of b/i it means they have a lot of cards in the op suit and is penalty. To billw55 I saw a lot of advanced players in BBO either with bad biding and playing. I suppose they do like you put on level higher to get good partners. You should not post in a forum with the name Beginner and Intermediate Bridge Discussion and say all intermediates are bad.

my plan is to discard a club on a heart. so i take the club with ace. play a low trump to ace and then a low heart to queen. after this all remaining is cross ruff.

I think I said this before and I say sorry for repetiton. In my father family 7 kids all that smoke died at age like 80 something by natural death and the others who didn't smoke die at cancer at age 60 something. I quit smoking thanks to Mike Bloomberg who raise the price to 10$ a pack and the bad economy which left my wife without job so I couldn't spend like 300$ per month(10$ a pack here in New York). I was smoking like 1pack and a half. I quit in 2009 however I will smoke again if times are better. I really do not put much on what those studies and results about smoking. Since I give up smoke I have bad headache every night and gain a lot of weight and now have more healty problems then when i was smoking.

IMHO as a b/i if is neecesary to hire a pro for learn, tournament or even for fun and I see him doesn't let me be declerer I for sure give up on his services. I see the declerer play as the most interesed part of the game and for that reason I like the game. I have some b/i partners that like to say "oh i hate to play nt contracts" and do not understand them. Whats the fun of the game for you a b/i with not much knowledge about biding and defense? The answer should always be declerer play. If you do not like that why do you play the game.

I thought first to play hearts forcing the op ruff but that still not enough he can keep his diamonds and let us play hearts. So I think we need to play all the cards till we remain with only aq heart on dummy by ruffing the 3 clubs play the 3 spades, play the 2 diamonds and ruff a small heart or better say to strip the dummy and op hand.
