2♠ seems clear. Partner can absolutely be 64xx on this auction.

It's not really THAT unlikely. Just need partner to have no kings, and get a 4-1 spade break.

It's not a limit raise, but it's, well, invitational. The lower limit of 2♠ on this auction is at least marginally higher than a 1♠ opening.

I'll content myself with 2♠. I like the hand, but not THAT much. The spots and lack of intemediates is BAD. If we're making anything, partner has to find a raise somehow. Opposite a couple of nasty splits and a broke dummy I might struggle to make even 2.

2N, what else?

Change my system. Not having transfers available is nigh unplayable in anything above a novice game opp. 12-14. Failing that... it's IMPs and we're red. Invite (at least) seems mandatory. I'd rather just shootout 3N than make a non-forcing bid.

Raw HCP is frankly a meaningless measure on these types of auctions. A king can easily be worth well more than all 4 jacks.

E hand is an auto 2♠, and it ain't a preeempt. I'd open that hand 1♠ at any vuln and form of scoring. The 3N bid is just silly. No fit, no stopper, no tricks. Just bid 3♦ like a not-crazy person.

4♥ is a massive underbid. By an Ace and 2 trumps AT LEAST.

X can also turn +50 or +100 into -200 or -500 when E is broke. W has a good hand, but it needs SUBSTANTIAL help to really take tricks. Calling for W to X 3NT feels very result-y to me.
