The problem is not from controls.How do you know the quality of PD's ♠? SO I don't think 3♥ rebid is good enough.I would bid 4♠ directly.

IMO they have good stoppers in ♠,and the responder might have 4 card ♥ suit without enough HCPs to 2/1.So I would lead ♦2,a typical passive one.

I'll dbl firstly,then raise or NT rebidding,or pass.

After ruff 2nd ♦,you can deal with ♥K,then cross-ruff ♠ & ♦ 2 turns,there seems a recognition of a squeeze. Is it?

IMO 1♠ is a reluctant response,2♥ may a simple rebid means 6 card and 12~13 HCP.I must believe my PD and the 2♦. Only dbl is an suitable option to me.

3NT for the strong hand to PD's unusual 2NT,PD's 2 weak 5-5 minors are always equipollence.
