Yes, I'll make a slam try. I'll bid 4♣,then turn to my PD.If someone bids 3♥,respondes 3♠,I'll rebid 4♣.

It's a very good 4♠ game,you can get to there by 2NT if you don't like gambling raise.

How about checkback?

To low HCPs but good shape hand, cuebids seem more effectively.
