Sorry, but the new UI on the iPad version is pretty bad. In landscape mode, the master controls (or whatever the permanent buttons are called) take up too much room as does all the info on the right hand side of the screen. The color pattern is just bizarre and not attractive (all that orange???). The claim number of tricks just looks very, very unattractive with the series of squares. When robot declares, dummy's cards are far too big and appear bigger than human's. Also, I can't see my current place anymore while playing instant 25cent robot duplicates. I think there should be a confirmation button before an IT starts. The new interface allows for accidently clicks to easily. -Dan

Playing MP's, after a pair fumbles into 5D, they should just bid 6D to protect against the field being in 3NT. That's how you get to 6D. :P

Yes, BUT The cheaper minor bid is completely wrong. The jump to slam after a cheaper minor makes zero sense.

Is it a bug or does GIB actually think it can have a good chance of setting it two? I don't see how, even with the "lie" 3NT bid.

8 board robo-dup, MP's. About half field in 6NT with exact same auction and result. Most of the rest of the field was in 6C going down when GIB leads the AK. link Daniel

Is the ACBL upset by ACBL instant robo-dups? That would be rather silly, since it's a steady cash cow.

There are not a lot of beginners on the forums, but there are plenty on BBO. Why not join the Beginner Intermediate Lounge. You will quickly find new partners and quickly improve your skills.

I had an awful run of Instant Tourneys last night but had one fun top. There are many, many times, when playing in an IT, my GIB takes an action that old-GIB didn't take. Hello bottom! <_< Or finds a better lead.
