There is a polish WJ player ("XYZ") at the BBO who in the last 3-4 years took a sit as my p at the very random open tables. For sure more than 20 times. The conversation is always the same: XYZ : Hi, WJ p? Aberlour10 : Hi,I don't play WJ XYZ OK and left the table. Last time I sent him a priv massage... He should mark me eventual as an "enemy" an this way preventing this xx-times situation. He answered: Sorry but I can't do it, This would be not ethical! That was gooooood heh

Especially since Denmark has been drifted to the right, even Schengen Treaty is not more valid in this land at the moment

The current Swiss franc exchange rates are pure poison for swiss exports, what to do? The speaker of the National Bank says a few words about possible coupling of the CHF to the Euro.... and franc lost immediately 5% on finance markets. That was really a cheap and smart move.

Which football league will be the basis of it: 1.Bundesliga, Serie A, Premier Division or Primera División ??? :)

Your suggestions sound not bad, but I am afraid they are impracticable in the reality of the MBC. Playing mostly random tables like you I have a (subjektive) feeling the verbal rudeness is less from year to year. Anyhow that'something.

No reason to get excited, there are still two A's to loose. Who would think 20 years ago that China instructs Washington what to do before they finally loose the patient as the biggest creditor.I am afraid that financing all these wars and wonderful tax cuts with foreign money will be harder and harder.

The future of US Dollar depends more on psychology than on real economic facts. For last six decades the whole world has been singing "In Dollar we trust". Maybe one day they all ask themselves...Wait a minute! Have we all still basis to think this way? Should we still handle the world trade especially oil trade in Dollars?

This gives hundreds of thousends Poles a real headaches, They are trapped as their loans and mortages were taken in CHF / due to the low long-term interests /,And when they were taking it, the Swiss franc cost about 2 Polish zlotys. Current exchange rate = 3,65. The credits were supplied in Polish zloty and denominated in CHF, what means that those, who took a mortgage worth 300.000 Polish zlotys, are more in debt after four-five years then they originally were. This is the real threat of bankruptcy. Not only in Poland credits in CHF have been promoted without criticism and almost forcefully but also but also in Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria. Alone in Poland is this situation of the gigantic scale. There are simulations saying that we talk about the amount of 170 billion zlotys denominated in Swiss franc.

Just 2 european cents here. The only result of this whole budget theatre is what we name in Germany "ein fauler Kompromiss" ( shoddy compromise?) It doesn't solve any of the US debt problems.

I have read an intersting study about job mobility in Europe. According to that this mobility is high only in top and low loan sectors. The "middle class" doesn't want to move and seek it only if they absolutely have to. Its not a matter of nationality and destinations. I am sure the top manager from Portugal will move immediately if he get a better job offer in Austria or NL. The same with Portuguese low skilled workers. The language is not a big barrier in jobs they usually do.

Its about time for the new (real) football season!

In Poland bridge has been official recognized as a sport already in 1963 by the goverment and the NBO is a member of the National Olympic Committee since 1995. PBU the common english translation for "Polski Zwiazek Brydza Sportowego" is not exactly...the word for word translation = Polish Association of the Sport Bridge. As the consequence of this recognition polish bridge has been donated by the state authorities just like any other sport for decades. This donation is success-related (international achivements ) so we can say polish youth made a lot of money for polish bridge in last years. :)

These 3 immediate steps will make from EU the full version of the ETU European Transfer Union, where will no more need for budget discipline, structure reforms etc...the tax payers from "rich countries" will pay all the bills one way or another.

99,xx% of the world population knows absolutely nothing about the complexity of this mind game. They all would probably find it simply laughable to see bridge as a sport , olympic sport. This great game does not deserve it. This is not the way to develope and propagate it.

Grilling? I like it quick and easy >>> My prefered dish is grilled trout /whole fishes, not a filets/ with lemon slices, rosemary and garlic clothes. about 12-14 minutes, the grill should be so hot as possible. Excellent with Mosel wine and french baguettes.

China seems to be not amused at all about what actually happens in Washington. They hold over the trillion dollars in US bonds, if they get too nervous and stop to buy all these new Treasuries, who want and will buy it else?
