Normal... If u make a t/o double and rebid the suit, it is in general 25+ for GIB lol. So please pay attention to your X lol. I find that in general GIB is weak after a t/o double. You will always lose your way. If it is best hand style, i will bid 4h because pd can't have 0 points.

I have a question about bbo software. I have checked several times. It seems when we open the software, bbo news will appear automatically. But when we close it, how can we read bbo news again? I must close software and open it again :(. Maybe bbo news is hidden in some button which i missed :).

We have robot rebate 55% if u like. Anyway robot duplicate only costs 0.25$; not too much :).

your fault lol. With GIB, every time if u bid one more times, it means you have more extra values. This hand u must pass 3s because all you have are 2 aces, opps probably have DA and all your D's are useless. What u should do is to adapt yourself to GIB style, not complain about gibs lol. I never complain about gibs.

my first suggestion is that please tell us how to join this game in BBO news:). Because i always thought it was in ACBL masterpoints games, but it must be in BBO masterpoints games i assume. I don't use "all games" button because so many other games which i am not interested in. I only use specific button to play the game i want :).

oh ok... Now i understand better. But in all cases, i will play BBO speedball from TOMORROW and i am sure acbl speedball will lose players after BBO speedball:). Because before if i wanted to play pairs and win bbo masterpoints, the only choice was ACBL speedball, now I have another one (and better!)

i am wondering why people play normal ACBL when ACBL swiss is open:)? In all cases ACBL Swiss is better than normal ACBL:).

You only see Leo Lasota opens 1nt with 5413 14HCP, but do u see how he plays? I still remember in a game, i played same hands as him. When i checked the boards, he found the play to block the suit which i failed. I was very impressed in that. please think more and then make comments. BBO is really the best software to play online bridge. All my friends stop playing other bridge softwares when they start playing on BBO.

Very easy, arrange JEC match for leo Lasota and his pd. You will see how strong he is in the real game. From my experience, i believe that a player who knows how to play with robots very well is indeed very good. Because in robot game, you also need endplay, squeeze, safe play etc.

i use/count ZAR points every time. I think it is good to help me evaluate my hand. But of course, it is not ALL:). You should adjust your hand after opps' bidding etc....

Now I usually play Robot Reward, Robot Duplicate, ACBL speedball, ACBL robot duplicate. I find BBO robots are very good. At first, they are always trying to improve GIB version. Everyone wants to make things better, so why do we still criticize on it? Secondly, many players think they are so "good", (actullay they are not.) After their stupid mistakes, they also want to argue with me to find stupid reasons. This will make me mad lol. At least robot will always keep silent. I only play with the people who don't argue too much with me now lol. Finally there are a lot of rude players on BBO. I am tired of that. Like our famous <removed>, really stupid. Never will I play with/against him in my whole life. I will definitely prefer playing with robots than him. Until now i don't understand why people play with stupid <removed>.

To Vampyr, you never misdefend 3nt? Do you see how many good leads for robots against NT? In fact, i don't think many human players will make such a great lead. The key in robot game is that all use same def, bidding etc. So what makes difference is the dec play. Every time you must try to make a safe play.

Luckily GIB doesn't play gambling 3NT, i am almost sure that if GIB did, leo would open most hands with 3nt lol

my story is very interesting. In january, we had january robot promotion (free!!!!), i played day and night and finally i got 50 bbo$. Then i learn how to play gibs, i checked Leo Lasota's hand every day.... follow his way lol, then i win a lot lol. Thanks Leo!

i agree with Leo Lasota. I like "best hand" style because we can improve our dec play a lot... no fun in random hands tournement lol. Also in an online game against human, if i don't play normally, others will say i am cheating lol. At least in Robot game, robot always keeps silent even if i make a stupid mistake or play abnormally. ps: to Leo, u should share some tips about how to play better with GIBs lol.

May I ask how many players have more than 1000 Masterpoints? (That is to say, bbo level 10 master or better.) If u don't know the exact number, can you give me an approximate number?
