In theory +EV lottery jackpot exists. In practice, a huge jackpot attract so many bettors that it become -EV again because the jackpot is shared among multiple winners.
Not much merit, exposing your shortness in the other 3 suits. Hands that benefit from this bid (~5-7 HCP, Hxx) in the minor are usually too weak for stayman.
Being familiar with the game is part of skill. And Wilkosz isn't even about abusing your unfamiliarity - it is more like fixing a hole in the system, having a catch all bid for hands that you really want to open but otherwise couldn't.
2D would be more than enough, shape>points, and my main goal would be to land on a major partscore. 4H is worse than suicidial. 5-4 fit red vs green isn't good enough. If we can make 4H, 3NT would go down a lot, there is no point to bid 4H.
Responding on 0 points is almost always a bad idea, partner will often bid way too high. If you play WJS, 1H rebid is usually real and no point to play 1S NF.
Nowadays Bridge has to compete with other forms of entertainment like computer games as well as card games like Poker. And general people doesn't know much about bridge. I mean, most people know WSOP but I doubt many know about Bermuda Bowl.
