How many of you have actually updated/modified your system agreements after reading some of the ideas posted in these forums?

I too have Jewish blood in me going back to the 1,800s when a distant relative moved first to Ireland, and from there another distant relative moved to South Africa. The Jewishness in the family tree has steadily got less and less from there. I was brought up as a Presbyterian but today regard myself as a Messianic Jew. I know little about how the Jews see their God and their religion and was truly fascinated by some of what Art and Antrax started posting. It’s a pity the thread was locked. I would have loved to find out more from the likes of them.

You are the first Jew I have encountered to pass your religion off as a Myth. How many of your fellow countrymen share your view? When both Christianity and Islam turned to your God, to your beliefs, and adopted your scriptures, neither had the discipline nor the will to retain your scriptures without corrupting them (read, adding their own flavour to them). A classic example here is that both Christianity and Islam introduced a fictitious character called satan into the text. This fictitious character appears at least 18 times in the Old Testament of every English translation of the Bible, a fictitious character that does not appear at all in the Hebrew text. The point I am trying to make is that a new religion copied and then altered, deviates from the true religion, and is therefore no longer true or accurate. The Orthodox Jewish Bible’s translation of the New Covenant reads 100% better than every English translation I have ever encountered (I have a copy, despite ArtK78’s vehement protestations to the contrary). Unfortunately this translation still contains some of the known corruptions of the New Covenant. As soon as, between the Vatican and the most revered Jewish rabbi’s, the uncorrupted books and letters enter the public domain, accompanied by an accurate translation thereof, an unprecedented revival will start sweeping across the globe. When the dust settles Messianic Judaism will be the religion everyone will be following.

Once you have done that come and tell me which son of Isaac, Jacob or Esau, influenced the religion of the other. Yet this religion disappeared in the 10th century CE (after being around for 4,200 years), swallowed up by Syriac Christianity. Your link confirms my statement in this post that it is unavoidable that every other religion will eventually be swallowed up into Messianic Judaism.

Some of the religions that sprung up after it adopted many of your teachings after giving them a new flavour. I challenge you to come and post a link here to every religion older than, or which preceded Judaism, which also makes that claim. Hrothgar made an attempt but failed. Your own scriptures, the "Jewish Bible" or Old Covenant, contains plenty of examples where you guys, the Jewish nation, turned your back on your own God to worship the gods of the pagan nations around you, even going so far as to sacrifice your own sons and daughters to Molech. Yet to your credit, your scribes, the guys tasked to ensure not only the preservation thereof, but also the accuracy of your scriptures, never incorporated any of these pagan beliefs into your own scriptures. You guys, the Jewish nation, were chosen by Yahweh to lead all the goyim to the one and only true God. A handful of Messianic Jews have finally stepped up to the plate. What about the rest of you (including you)? Have you guys finally and forever turned your back on your own religion, your own scriptures, and your own God?

There are plenty of examples where the books and letters which make up the New Covenant have been altered. Just one example comes from Mark chapter 16. Biblical scholars are virtually unanimous in agreement that the original was torn off after verse 8 and then verses 9-20 were added in by someone else. The style of writing is inconsistent with the rest of Mark. There is also plenty of evidence that the original names were deliberately changed in order to muddy who the original characters in the eye-witness accounts were. Jew and non-Jew alike need the uncorrupted books and letters to be released into the public domain by those who have them.

Here’s where you can start for a quick win-win for all. Between your most revered rabbi’s and the Vatican, there are a handful of uncorrupted books and letters which make up the New Covenant. Get these rabbi’s to place those uncorrupted documents into the public domain after translating them properly (at least into English, the universal language) for us non-Jews, the goyim. Then take up the torch and come and teach us about your God. Here is just one example of how clueless us non-Jews, the goyim are. The fact that we (the non-Jews, the goyim) have literally dozens of English translations of documents which originated at the hands of Jews desperately trying to get a proper understanding of your God, must surely be obvious to you guys that its time to side with the Messianic Jews and come and teach us. It's no use posting a link to either Christianity or Islam as both are offshoots of Judaism. You even concede that all three religions worship the same God. I want to know about the others who make this claim. The Jews were the nation chosen by God to announce redemption to all non-Jews. When they failed to do so, Christianity and Islam took up the torch. The problem here however is that neither have a proper or complete understanding of God as the Jews do. Even worse, the original message of redemption has been distorted by both. The Messianic Jews are the beginnings to seeing every single person across the face of the earth reconciled back to the God of the Jews in the way he planned it all along. You guys were chosen to lead all non-Jews to the true God. The tradegy is that it took you guys 2,000 years to get started.
