Have to disagree that 2NT is too high. Given the premise that you are forced to 4NT you have 2 levels of bidding to sort things out. Not saying your bidding wouldn't be improved by starting lower. but those lower bids could possibly be put to better use than 14+ balanced

generally lead 3♥ only time its wrong is if opps have Qx, QJ or singleton Q and partner has jack it works our better even without the Queen if you can set up 3 or more tricks in suit. it will also work out better to lead AK if opps have 12 tricks outside of the suit and you are fortunate to just take 2 tricks

I have had a run as a substitute being asked to play in a team match with an unknown partner. I accepted one of these and got seated for board 1 of a 12 board match. It lasted only till board 2 when people started withdrawing and match was cancelled. The question I have is why would anyone start a team match without 8 reliable players. Why are team matches even allowed to request a sub before the match has had a bid or played a card?

no trump defence is about setting up your longest suit. We have at least 8 clubs, odds are clubs is our longest suit I would wager any simulation would show leading a club is best. or at least equal to the best lead. Not sure if the robot is simulating here it was just a tcr 80 game. Do they use the cheap robots?

a box pops up when you are taken off (for declining or timing out on 2 invitations) getting booted off for declining 2 invitations is just silly. If i get an invitation for a Goulash i always turn them down, and then they ask me again. Who wants to play Goulash it isnt bridge
