sometimes play for short period then play ceases and chat inactive, unable to leave seat; only log out operates. The same is true on wife's computer. Occurs using Explorer or Firefox(transferring data statement static in Firefox). No problem so far playing in tournaments, with or without wife. After log out name is shaded. Possibly not relevant but seems to have started when pictures became available. Have followed suggestions from support to no avail. Tried again just now and unable to play at all once taken to a table. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Regards
