I am totally frustrated with the convention card system. I load a cc and sometimes my p cannot see it until the game starts ( I can see if before), I try to edit it and it disappears and says "cannot load card". Sometime partners can see the cc and sometimes they cannot. I thought this was due to incompatibility between the web and older version but one of the on line people told me it is not. Is is PC versus MAC? Whatever it is, poeple will continue to try just using profiles until the system works right and you can get a cc together with a partner and edit it to make it correct. I have been playing for years on BBO and this has not changed. No one seems to pay in attention to it. People just tell me "I cannot load a cc, use my profile". I keep saving my favorit cc and it keeps disappearing without me doing anything to it. This had got to work better. Thanks

Have you changed your cc software recently? I use the newer version of the software. Ever since I started playing in June, my partners have not been able to see convention card l Ioaded but I could see the ones they loaded and once we had one, it would come up when we played. If i tried to change it , it disappeared. Since i like the new software better than the old, i have lived with it. However, now (as of sometime in November) i can't even open any of my cards and i cannot see old ones from someone else. i just get this little box on the screen that says NS convention card at the top left but it will not open,. I just tried to reload the software but cannot seem to do that. This started happening about the same time that I loaded the nw GIB software but I have no odea if it is connected. Please help. I have sent messages to the support staff several times but they just give me the basic info and do not see to get that i am experiencing something different. J Am I the only one with no convention cards anymore??Joyce
