  2. So should we remove those people from the table completely? I've lost 5mp to everyone just because I played that challenge

  10. Thanks for reply, the main point in the poll for me was whether that double is for penalty or not (as it was passed at the table :( ) - that's why options are so limited.
  11. Double from E showed 1-suited hand. Edit:2♥ - transfer [hv=d=n&v=0&b=1&a=1nd2hp2s3cdp?]133|100[/hv] What should double from S mean and what options has N now?
  12. Can I treat it as a compliment to my english (or contrary :P )? I'm from Belarus, so I'm more interested in small NBO's experience.
  13. Arguments about how national team must be selected became somewhat like holy-war in our NBO :P . So I'm just curious about how (and why) is it done in other places? (country/ how many stages/ pairs or teams compete / how many really strong pairs there're in NBO etc)
  14. If it happens I usually ask a "Yellow" user to put me (or somebody else) as a TD and then work out all problems.
  15. Last board in a session, the slowest table - so surrounded with a crowd of impatient kibz. You (S) are in a spade contract, and the ending looks like this:[hv=n=shxxdxcxx&w=s10hxxxdcx&e=shxxxdaca&s=sjxxhadcx]399|300|[/hv] W is on the lead but before he plays you claim 4 tricks (declaring that you'll draw remaining trump after getting the lead). Almost immediately, before opponents say anything, one (the most impatient) of the kibz points that you conceede one more trick - after ♣ play and ♦ return on trump promotion. Any ruling here? :P
  16. It must be a bit late, but still... I couldn't find email adress to send our CC to...
  17. A couple of questions: 1. Are there specific system regulations here? (is multy allowed for example?) 2. How much boards will be played? Edited: Everything's in the conditions of contests. Thank you :)
  18. ...if they will manage to find 3 more juniors in their country <_< ;)
  19. Thanks all for the answers. Funny to realize now that we have forcing rebid for ♣s in our system, but no such bid for ♦s :) Another couple of questions - if opps bid 1NT showing 2-suiter(what actually happened at the table) what would your 2♣ bid mean? - And if after bidding 2♣ you rebid diamonds? P.S. 7♦ was cold, but both tables played 6♦+1 :)
  20. You hold a nice hand [hv=s=saqhkxxdakjtxxxxc]133|100|Scoring: IMP[/hv] What would you rebid? 1) Opps're silent 1♦ - pass - 1♠ - pass ? 2) Opps decided to help(?) :) 1♦ - pass - 1♠ - 1NT (4+♥, 5+♣) ?
  21. Thanks all for your opinions. Actual ruling at the table was adjusting board to 60/40. Most of the field was in 6♥ making, though I'm not sure if we'd have managed to bid it (I was S on this deal) B) 2hrothgar what additional info do you need?
  22. [hv=d=s&n=sakqxxhaxxxxdxcxx&s=sxxhkqxdxxxcakqxx]133|200|Scoring: MP[/hv] Bidding goes as follows: 1♣(South) - 3♦(Alerted) - 3♠ (not asking about the meaning of alerted bid)- pass 3NT - all pass 3NT was bid after E explained partner's 3♦ as preempt in hearts. W appeared to have natural ♦s  and defence cashed 7 tricks for down 3. EW use transfer preempts openings, but there's nothing in CC about whether they play them in this situation. Any work for TD here?
  23. Thanks for the answers. There where 2 points I wanted to know - 1) Is everyone bids slam with these hands? and 2) Which slam is the best to bid. Unluckily at the table the only making slam was 6♣( on a Q♣ guess) as spades were 4-1 and clubs - 2-3 :(
  24. [hv=d=n&n=sak9xxxxhadxckj9x&s=sqhqjxdkqjtxcatxx]133|200|Scoring: IMP[/hv] You play simple 2/1 GF system. How would you bid this?
  25. [hv=v=n&n=sak2hat982daq73ca&s=sq54hj7dj8cqjt986]133|200|Scoring: IMP[/hv] After better-not-to-mention :P auction you managed to stop in 5NT(Opps were silent). LHO(West) leads low ♣. What's your plan?
