Does BBO support Big Sur upgrade on Apple?

For the last two weeks I have been unable to listen in either a teaching or bidding table. I am not sure if this since I upgraded my MacBook Pro to Big Sur or since BBO added the voice facility to tourneys. The Blue Voice button does not turn yellow and the compute freezes completely. I have to force quit as I cannot even log out of BBO. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution please?

Can someone explain why my BBO award is not changing even though I have the points for the next grade. I am new to BBO but my BBO points now show 5.8 award 2+, points to next grade -0.8. Now whenever I get BBO points the negative number needed for next grade just gets higher and award remains at 2+. This has only begun happening over the last 2 days as I reached the 5 BBO points required for 3 award.
