I had the same problem twice last week. I'm using IE. My partner has this issue more often. He is using Firefox. But I see that there is no reply from the BBO staff to your post and I'm curious if this is the right place to post such complains? :o Regards Naso64

Hello, I have started to use the new web version(Flash), but I'm a little disappointed because of some missing functionality and some bugs. Now I'm reporting an issue regarding showing the bid information from a new CC (full disclosure convention card) in third position. After two passes and opening in third position the desktop version is showing correctly the bid info, but the web version shows nothing. I have tested this on several computers with two different convention cards. Always the same result. Windows version acts correctly, Flash version not. Best regards Naso64
