Not sure if it is a hardware or software issue but I continually lose my connection every time I play. It is very frustrating. I have had Comcast out and my signal is very strong. I have tried hardwiring and wifi and it does not matter. What is the problem and how can I fix this?

I am trying to set up 2 TABLE SWISS team match. I go to competitive then click on team match. I Named it and put in the user names of my players.. I set up the amount of boards and reserve seats for the 1st match. All players are online and invitations go out but then nothing happens. I see other team matches going on, all in foreign countries. How do I get this to work??? Thanks, deb410s
