During the past few days I've experienced random disconnects from BBO followed by automatic reconnects. It happened again this morning during memti's BIL tourney. Yesterday while I was viewing a BIL tournament from that tournament's lobby (i.e. I wasn't kibitzing in a particular room) I noticed a couple of tables that turned completely red and then were restored immediately. If it matters I'm connected via telco DSL service. I have a router connected to my DSL modem. I never experienced this problem before version 4.1.7 of BBO. Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Pete

Following up on TimG's comment: would it be possbile to make the new BBO under plan A (i.e. mini-BBO's) completely "seamless" from the player's perspective? In other words present it to us as if only one physical server existed? In this case we would never need a window that identifies which servers exist, which servers are available for use, which server we are playing on, and which "services" (e.g. tournaments, vugraphs, bidding practice) are running on which servers. That give the administrators flexibility to physically organize the servers and to logically organize the "services" to meet BBO's growing needs and simultaneously simplify life for the players.

Thanks for the explanation Ben. That is what's happening and it appears to be working correctly. I would like to request one additional reporting feature: the option to sort the output by date either most recent first (descending by date) or most recent last (ascending by date).

I don't mean to sound ungrateful, I'm simply trying to do a little "beta testing". I'm using myhands from this URL: http://online.bridgebase.com/myhands/index.php I've noticed that when you select the "Interval direction: Forward" then either hands disappear from the output or the resulting output is not sorted in the proper order. This new version of myhands is looking really goooooood. Thanks to those doing the work. Pete

Do you folks maintain an offline archive of the hands database? It seems a shame to lose such a treasure trove of play.

Desired result: I want to select the content of a line on the traveler - not the physical line itself. Current situation: when I press the "Movie" button after a hand and select a line on the traveler, the line I click becomes the "selection". However as more boards appear in the traveler the selection does not move as my content line moves. It turns out that the physical line that I selected becomes the selection. Does anyone else experience this? Comments about my requested change? Pete
