I had this problem, and cleared it up just by zooming down (ctrl-minus-minus) so BBO thought that it had more display room on the screen. I don't remember if I did the resize before or after I did logged in.... probably both. Once I had the thing back in proper real-computer mode, I could ctrl++ to a reasonable zoom level

When kibitzing a single player, the concealed hands remain concealed after a claim/concession by any player. Surely the concealed hands should be exposed when a claim is made?

In a sectional matchpoint event you show up, planning to kibitz two strong players you know. Unfortunately, there are an odd number of pairs in the section and the director notices you and another kibitzer hanginf around, so shoves the two of you at gunpoint into the two empty seats. During the 45 seconds that you have to discuss system methods you agree on "fairly basic 2/1" and a few other things (UDCA, natural over opponents' strong NT, ....). Favorable vulnerability. Partner passes, RHO opens a 15-17 NT, you bid a "natural" 2C, and the auction proceeds P-(1N)-2C-(P)-2D-(P)-P-(2H)-X..... OK, what is that double?

If 4D isn't forcing, then partner (unpassed and so far unlimited) has no force except 4H. That feels impractical.

Let him play it there. The doubleton is good enough support if partner's hand is too one-dimensional to consider playing in either of the suits you've expressed interest in.

Among the questions that came up in the subsequent discussion: 1) Is the west hand worth an opening bid? 2) Is there such a thing as a hand with 4-4 in the reds that does not make a negative double after 1S(2C)? 3) Who if anyone bids NT, and when? (On the actual deal, DeepFinesse says 2N makes but of course that's on a particular NS layout). 4) Does west's 2H call promise four hearts? 5) What is a sane auction to a sane contract?
