  7. Hello Barb :) Robots can be rented for practice at any club table. What you have to do? Click on " Robot world" >> "Take me to a table with 3 robots" >>> when the table is open boot 1 robot and reserve that place for your partner. Robots are playing GIB system , here you have the system : http://www.bridgebase.com/doc/gib_system_notes.php For more information about robbots you have this site : http://webutil.bridgebase.com/v2/news_fetch.php?id=1009 Good luck :D
  8. When you play in real tournament sometime it happens to pull 2 cards, IF opponents dont call TD, they will accept you to play right cards, second card is an exposed card. In live tournament till we take the card we want to play , we pull it from other cards and put the card on the table ... pass few seconds. When we play on BBO we play from PC, tablet or IPhone is very easy to misclick. To click on the card you want to play take 1 sec and need to be very careful to check where the arrow of the mouse is. Each host can set the table, team match or tournament how she/he wish - with or without "undo". In 90% of the tournaments "undo" is not accepted(no undo), At table and in team match undo is set it in 90%. Is accepted because are playing between friends. Accepting an "undo" you cannot lose so much but you can make a new friend. "Undo" for misplay depend of each player. (i accept "undo" even for misplay).
  9. hello Karl 1. I understand your point of view, You may have right , Maybe North didn't expect declare to play A♠ over Q♠, but are you 100% sure that he not misclicked? he had only 2 cards , playing on PC sometimes you can move the mouse more then you want and to click on to fast. Is hard to be 100% sure what was happened. I think any damage for declare to accept undo , i am sure it is possible he made :misclick at least once. And i think none want to win by an opps misclick. 2. As TD to blacklist the players who dont accept "undo" in my opinion is too much. But each host have his tournament rules, i hope the host made them known. I would suggest to all TDs to warn the player first / to replace him (not his partner who is dummy), I believe that a player must be blacklisted for worst things. Aurora
