But For Safety Many Prefer to Alert as otherwise after the Bidding is Over Opps Call TD and He Did Not Alert, I Reserve My Right.

During Course of Bidding Player Bids 4C ( Asking Aces ), His Partner Alerts, Opponents Object , saying Do Not Alert Any Bid Beyond 3NT. Is it Correct ??

Whatever Limited Information I had I had mentioned in the Opening Post and then Followed with Another Post. Tournament was Selection Trial to Represent State 2 Teams , So ^ out of 7 Teams were Expert level. When TD is Called and If the Ruling to be given is Not Straightforward Routine like Lead out of turn etc, then TD Takes Opinion of Few Knowledgeable Players and Gives the Ruling and then There is No Appeals Comm. I am 100 % the Pairs Involved is Not Cheater.

I Suppose from the Hand of 2S Bidder you See, He was Clearly Thinking it is Forcing ( Probably to Game ) Opener 2C Bidder Must Have Forgotten ( Many Do Play 2H or 2S on Precision 2C Opening bid to be NF Passable ) So Gave Meaning to be Non Forcing which everybody on Table Herad. Now 2C Opening is done with min 9 HCP also if having Good 2 Suiter Shape. So 2S Bidder has to Judge the Range 9/10 HCP or 14/15 HCP, which in absence of UI was not possible for him. with his Given Hand will he dare to Probe Slam if 4S bid was Made , he not having any Clue, here he Heard Passable and Still Pd Bids Game, Has to have Maximum Hand ( UI )

In this Case I was Told the Explanation Given by Panel was That the Only thing Matters is the Strong Hand of 2S Bidder which warrants 2nd Bid bid on its Own. But in this case He Has Heard His Partner Telling the meaning to be Non Forcing, and still bids 4S. Also Please Note that these Days People tend to Open Hands Even with Shape Even with 9/10 Points ( Whatever Allowed within CoC )

Declarer makes a Claim without Stating Line of Play. Can he Take the Finesse after the Claim has been contested and TD Called. As per my knowledge : ( 1 ) Declarer CAN NOT Take Any Successful Finesse and ( 2 ) Declarers MUST TAKE Any Unsuccessful Finesse. Thx n Brgds Yogesh V. Abhyankar

Declarer Made a Wrong Claim , Which Was Accepted and Scores Entered in Team Event. After the Match was over and Cards handed over to TD, it was revealed that it is Impossible to Make the Contract by any Normal Play. Declarer has won the Trick in Hand and Suppose to Play from Hand. Dummy has NO Entry. But He Plays card from Dummy and Next Player Plays and the Play Continues. And Declarer Makes the Contract , Which Can Never Be Made. Is This Play Allowed , I was told that since the Next Player Played the Card means He Accepted the Play and Play Continues. Whereas there is No Entry to Dummy and Declarer has to Go Down. If He is allowed this He Gets Top, then is it not Unfair to other Players. Thx n Brgds Yogesh V. Abhyankar

I am trying to see if I can have system that tells us what level we should reach or we should not cross, and that too at lowest possible level of bidding.

Aim is to determine Level we should reach or we should not cross. Once Response of 1D is received we know we are in Game Zone. 1H/S are artificial and indicates settle at undergame level. Not Showing natural H or S at cheapest level is true, let's see. Once it is floated in Live Field, changes can be made.
