This hand was just played in #2618 Express - Free TCR 90 Automated Fun, and at my table only East was GIB

It's obvious that if East continue with ♠K the contract is down. But GIB cashed both minor aces and left with 3NT+1. Isn't the correct way very obvious for human? Why GIB did that?

There are some TCR 80% required events that I can't join But as far as I know I only quitted 2 tournaments and must completed about a hundred, which should obviously above 80% So how is TCR calculated? Is it only count pairs/teams tournament, and not individuals? Also I don't know where can see my TCR. Is it possible to see?

First, I don't know when GIB switched to 2/1, I'm not very familiar with 2/1(than sayc). But now the GIB bidding have lots of problems, after this hand I became crazy [hv=pc=n&s=s2hak742dj874caj5&w=sa876hqj6dt93c964&n=sjt53ht9dakq65c87&e=skq94h853d2ckqt32&d=n&v=e&b=9&a=pp1hp2dp3dp4hppp]399|300[/hv] I'm completely shocked when dummy shows only 2♥ so why didn't we play in ♦? It was too lucky that GIB led a club and heart broke 3-3, thus contract made I've seen a few more hands that GIB didn't have enough trumps to make a rebid - when I move cursor to the bid it showed 5 trumps, so I raised with 3, and I found we were in 4-3 contract

I can't see the suits in bidding at all using client. For example I can see someone opened 1, but I can't see it's 1♣ or 1♦? I can see the contract shows in different symbols, for example, ♠ is shown as an "a" symbol, ♥ is shown as a circled "c" symbol. If I can see those symbols in bidding then it's ok but I can't see them. I know this must be a font problem, but what's the font name I need to download? Without the name I can't even search it over web...help me pls ty, now I can only play bbo in web version
